Hard times for little blue tits - Schwere Zeiten für kleine Blaumeisen

Birds find fewer and fewer insects in our landscape. Since the 1980s we have lost half of all birds in Europe. In total, we lost 300.000.000 birds, mainly through agriculture. We take the animals' habitat and poison their food with pesticides and insecticides. Slowly it becomes quiet in our nature.
Vögel finden immer weniger Insekten in unserer Landschaft. Seit den achtziger Jahren haben wir die hälfte aller Vögel in Europa verloren. Insgesamt sind das 300.000.000 Vögel weniger, hauptsächlich wegen der Landwirtschaft. Wir vergiften ihre Nahrung mit Insektiziden und Pestiziden und nehmen ihnen den Lebensraum. Langsam wird es still in unserer Landschaft.
