Sometimes I show the warmup sets and sometimes not. This week I wanted to show how I move through everything. I don't think that I have done that before this week. It also gives a little variation because we do the same thing over and over again.
Thats funny you mention the 405..cause I was going to mention it. You seem to do 365 even easier than I do but Im doing 405 all the time..and even 430..So i was going to say I think you're ready..Its all in the mind..and keeping the form and technique while in the motion..I think you'll get it very soon.
I want to do some heavier weights on squats, but part of me doesn't want to mess with anything until adding 5 pounds a week runs out. I've been on a roll lately! I think I'll see how far it goes then move to some triples and doubles for a few weeks. Then hit the singles. Fridays will be the day for that. Monday will be left as a little more volume. For me a heavyish work set and a backoff set is enough volume, so it's all I do. 365 felt pretty good today! Next week will be 370.
That was a good solid workout. You looked good and confident here and moving around fast..

all that walking around in there getting plates..im counting that as more sets and reps LOL!!
People in the gym get lazy and don't put the weights away. I tell them it's part of the workout!
