The one and only way to maintain amazing skin is to sleep like a baby. This depends on your nervous system and it is something you cannot control if the obstacle is present 24/7, whether that is ear sounds, outside noises, a very stressful environment, too much computer usage etc. Take it from me that aged quite fast as soon as my sleep was permanently disrupted. I went from baby eyes to puffy eyes within 2 months and now 2-3 years later it is the same. Smoking won’t do it, eating won’t do it, drugs will do it (specifically cocaine and reason is, well u guessed it, sleep). That’s all that matters. The dude is 55 and looks 25 because he has a “virgin” nervous system (probably hasn’t worked in too much stress and wasn’t raised in stress either and kept his ability to not worry). That’s all. Everything else, the food, the antioxidants, this and that, they are all a bunch of bollocks. One more thing that CAN influence the face is facial expressions (we tend to copy those from our environment), is laptop and phone usage (looking down) and unpopular opinion is tongue placement (what they call mewing today which basically will tighten your saggy cheeks etc but will also over time mess up your musculature around and eventually give u tinnitus). Anyways.
@@TheEnhancedMan nah, all you gotta do is calm down, don’t do drugs / pills, and kill nuisances. Some you can, some you can’t (you adapt to them). But the one thing that does work is the sleep pattern (since sleep can’t be controlled or improved, it just happens). The sleep pattern is you go to bed at the same time every night, wake up at the same time every morning. 6 hours, then few weeks later go 6 and 1/2 etc depending on the amount of deep restful sleep you get. Until you go 8 hours. This kinda fixes the cortisol being all over the place and it forces deep sleep (although morons online won’t ever tell you those). And you generally forget the whole thing. Coffee works negatively here (major face ruin machine) so replace it with water or a lemon balm tea. Aight that’s about it.

All In all: I don't think this guy had real challenges in his life. I am 29 now and had to hustle all my life: working at McDonalds in the evenings to pay for my first 2 degrees. How did you remove the wrinkle between your eyes? GHK copper?
ill be 42 next month ❤ thank you for sharing these tips
Much appreciated 👍
What do you do with those peptides by the way not much you read on the website
GHK-Cu is the main for skin. I add it to hyaluronic acid and apply twice daily.

@@lunity1111 😂 For 30ml hyaluronic acid bottle add 0.3ml of GHK, which is 6mg. Also you can buy serums with GHK if you wanted to save the hassle.

How about Retinol? Sunscreen?
Does Chuando Tan said that he uses them? :((
What can you say about those two things sir.
Yeah I mentioned 5% grenactive retinol, but yeah I brought up sunscreen in my 6 month update video from this.
What are your thoughts on hyaluronic acid based fillers? I’ve been debating getting some to define my jaw
I'm too clued up using it as as a filler. But I know mewing does help to define the jaw, I'd recommend that before anything cosmetic.
@@TheEnhancedManI’ve tried mewing for about 5 years and see a subtle difference. What do you mean too “clued” up?
@Saurian Scapes As in, I'm more familiar with using it topically and orally.

That's strange, there's no reported issues, it's worldwide.

Botox is not cosmetic surgery
Agreed, but way too many go straight on the botox without reversing their epigenetic age first.
the 3 items he showed are they steroids?
Peptides are chains of amino acids found in the human body, as well older we produce less of them, causing aging.
Wait 10 years then start spouting crap about Botox and surgery 🙄
