The Peloton rower has long been in the works, and now it's finally here. This is my initial Peloton Rowing machine review, I'll show you everything I learned about it while at the peloton store testing it out and learning the features. I'm really impressed by the form assist feature, as well as the form rating and insights this home workout rowing machine can provide. Let me know your thoughts below!

Thanks for the video. I tried that exact machine in the promenade. I used to row on the crew team and currently go to a rowing Hiit workout. I could use the peloton a lot, but I am not down with also having to be stuck with a. monthly fee. Also, kayaking is not rowing.

Separating out the specific parts and tools for each of the seven step assembly process steps was brilliant on the part of the manufacturer. For the price, I am impressed at how sturdy this ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxvObaTzoHoHQLL4lHbJQmExHqsrZQm-f7 unit is and it does go together easily. Well, I was puzzled at first at Step 5 and maybe the instructions should mention that rail #62 needs to be tilted upwards a little to get the rail to fit into the main part #44. I like it that the rower can be stored vertically in a really small amount of space, but be forewarned that this rower is top heavy and for safety you'll need at least two bungee cords to keep the unit upright, attaching them to something; in my case to a third garage door. I have had this unit only a short time, and I will post an update once I've had it for a year. As for working your legs, I have to admit that I'm mainly rowing for upper body strength and I use other forms of exercise for leg strength (like walking fast, biking, or using a trampoline. But if you pull as far forward as possible, then you can give preference to your legs for the first 4 feet or so of travel. I also admit to not taking the two electronic connectors apart at Step 7. I simply inserted the two batteries while the other parts remained connected. By the way, there is plenty of resistance here, even in the lowest resistance settings. Kudos to Sunny Health & Fitness !

Hydrow is considerably cheaper and has much better classes as they are on the water. Way more interesting in my opinion. I have the Peleton tread and it is a great piece of machinery so I have no doubt this is as well but the cost is absurd. I am not happy paying for two different subscription models (Hydrow and Peleton) but they are cheaper than than an F45 or OTF membership and in the comfort of my own home. Great review btw.

I am considering selling my Concept2 and getting a Hydrow, definitely wouldn't get this, I wouldn't even pick this over my Concept2 for the same money. My list goes Hydrow at the top, Ergatta or Aviron below that and then Concept2 below that.

no point in buying anything but a c2 or an rp3 if you actually use the machine for rowing and not just general fitness. C2 is the standard without a doubt and for good reason. The rp3 is more expensive and will give the best feeling to replicate the feel of being in a boat. It will also give more accurate and in detail feed back about the power curve which can be helpful. All these other machines are a waste of money and they scam clueless people into buying an ineffective machine for more money than should be spent.
