car, you have to drive it easy the first 3000 to 5000 miles for a proper brake
in, and you are suppose to let the car worm up a bit before driving it or go very
easy on the throttle until the engine worm up properly. This is true for any car not just for Ferrari;
I am an auto mechanic with 25 years experience. When you push the engine when
it’s cold, the car will dump a lot more fuel the engine the mixture is reach
and that extra fuel will wash the cylinder walls removing all oil and that will
diminish engine life, the engine oil will get dirty much quicker because of unburned
gas/carbons passing trough from the piston rings to the oil pan and when the
engine is cold the piston is actually a bit smaller so went it worms up it will
expend and take his proper place so does the piston rings, so please don’t push
a car when the engine is cold, push after it worms up.
