Quickest way to locate any Samsung Frame TV model number

Rather than navigating through lots of menus to find the TV model number of a Samsung TV, simply press the Play/Pause button for 10 seconds until the model number screen info pops up.
NOTE: This ONLY works from when you are in TV viewing mode and will NOT work when you are in Art Mode

My 75 inch 2022 Frame has a big audio delay issue. Spectrum 101 cable box. No sound bar. The expert settings says that the adjustment slide shows 100 and shows “unavailable” when I select it to adjust it. Help me please!
