Love these monthly reset videos! it gets me in the mood and want to be productive and set intentional habits and goals for myself. My November highlight is that I completed chemotherapy and I am now cancer free!

One tip to remember your acne medication - leave it next to your toothbrush. Yes it'll be 'messy' but if it's there next to something you remember to do, then you'll be more likely to put it on when you brush your teeth/get ready, and then once it's become a natural habit you can put it back where it usually stays! Also I love that you are able to go easy on yourself and acknowledge the progress you are making even if you aren't ticking all the boxes - so many of these videos are people going hard on themselves for missing one habit one day and you have such a good approach to it which I am trying to do for myself!

That's a great goal. No eating out when alone. I try to curb that too but that makes more sense instead of " no eating out!" Which is not realistic 😊

One goal I am setting myself this month is to try and workout more. I also want to try and start going on daily walks, I am always in such a better mood after them. 💕
Don't be too hard on yourself for not accomplishing everything you hoped to. There's always the rest of this month and next year. I too have felt like I've be slacking on my Self-care a bit. Like remembering to wash my face, I'm actually almost out of face wash. Yikes. I'm going to get acne again. I just have a difficult time getting motivated for anything as well and have been sleeping in. You aren’t alone in this. I too have set higher expectations and disappoint myself. Life has been a blur. I'm in my gray era.
Setting goals is the easy part. Accomplishing them is the hard part. Love the spreadsheet.

When me and my boyfriend lived in AZ we would go to the zoo like every weekend to get our exercise in. It's surprisingly a great workout and you get the see the cute animals! (when you get the year pass, if you go like three times it makes up for the price) Also a book journal will encourage you to keep reading! :)

its kinda confusing but where i live we dont do daylights savings whereas everyone else in the US does so its still the same time for me but its different for everyone else haha

my goals include organising my wardrobe (the system I used is just not working anymore); organising my books; throwing out incomplete art pieces that I am genuinely never going to touch again; and painting my walls. I also have my birthday on the 31st and I want to bake a cake I've never made before.

Love the reset videos but don't think I've ever commented before, thank you for the motivation to do some sorting here! I've just looked it up and we're 42°F over here at the moment (6°C in UK speak) but forecast to get down to 21 for some of us this week 🌨️ We'd say Pan Or Lay for the pain au lait, which I'm assuming translates to milk bread from my French classes many moons ago, if that helps at all! :-)

@@KeeganActon it's pretty standard temp for this time of year so I guess we're used to it but as Brits it also gives us something to talk about, we love complaining about the weather! Hello, I am sorry to hear that you're struggling. I think a lot of people are at the moment. I hope she sees your comment and gives you hope. Hope that things will turn out alright. I want you to know you're not alone in this. I too have suffered bullying, and are without friends (unless you include dogs). I'm in isolation and hardly go anywhere. When the pandemic hit I wasn't too upset about being at home like others were because I always am. Hope you have a good day and that you make plenty of new friends.

@@PerryPirate2021 You don't know anyone here. I think that to make friends it's not a good idea to do so on the internet. Though many people have found good friends online, you can't always trust people online. You seem kind and I know you're going to make friends in your life. What hobbies do you have? What brings you joy? Answer these questions. Then see if there are any places you can go do these activities. I know that it's really scary to do new things. But unfortunately the world still hasn't grown suitable for the nonsocial despite the internet. Online can sometimes make talking easier and then we wonder why making conversation at the store or anything is so much more difficult. I can communicate with people here but then go somewhere and become afraid to tell someone reading I like the book they're holding. If you wish to reach out, I will message you on here but please try to talk to people no matter how difficult in your daily life. Small steps can help you. I just starting lighting candles last year after my first attempt took months to light one because I'm afraid of fire. So, give it your best. Even if you don't get it right, or it takes a while, or you think you look ridiculous because you never know.
@bhsprinkle2247 I know that but every time I try I get ignored I'm not liked by most people I am happy for who i am even though I beat myself up for it I think of a day as a positive one so yeah I'm going to be myself and try
@@PerryPirate2021 exactly. If they don't like you being you. They're likely not worth the friendship you want anyway. I was feeling low and my grandmother even reminded me of this, some day you will find a good friend. You might not yet but that's because the friend or friends intended for you aren't ready yet.
