  • Follow me along as I take a motorcycle ride through Pisgah National Forest in Western North Carolina. I will start in Brevard and head north on route 276, up to the Blue Ridge Parkway and over to Mt. Pisgah. Experience this video in 1st person view from the front of my 2004 Suzuki Marauder VZ1600!

Such a wonderful ride along Mr. MM! I especially like how you put up a real map in the beginning of the video. I love seeing that. That is such a shame some people stole the signs! Gorgeous area! Thank you so much!

Thanks Dale and thanks for the positive feedback! Yeah the map for sure gives an idea of exactly where I'm headed. The signs missing was terrible, I hope they get replaced, maybe use 1 directional screws to keep secured.

Mr. Mountain Man you’re most welcome. Maybe you could suggest that about the screws to the department that will be replacing the signs!

I always wondered how you pronounce Pisgah. Now I know thanks to you. Believe I saw a new intro in there too.

Yed me too! When I 1st read it a few years ago I didn't know how to pronounce it either. I think I learned from hearing someone on the news say it. Yes I added in a new clip on the intro. Thanks for watching!

Absolutely beautiful ride 😍 Why do people open car doors out onto the road and stand in the road like they're the only people in the world 😱 I helped you put on breaks a couple of times 😂 It does sadden me that people get joy from defacing public property and commiting mischievous thefts😞😠 Just too many people who don't care for others or nature 😣 Thanks for the wonderful ride🐾🐾🐺

Yes! There were a few times I had to be extra careful as people were pulling out in the road and turning around. That's for helping to pump the brakes! 😀👍👍

Awesome video new to the area and new to crazy curves this looked like a mellow ride!! 276 on that portion looked doable How many miles were you on 276 before hitting the parkway?? Thank you 🙏

Hello! So 276 from Brevard to the Blue Ridge Parkway is roughly 15 miles, and about a 30 minute ride. It's mostly flat and curvy until the end when it starts to wind up the mountain towards the BRP. It passes by Looking Glass Falls and Sliding Rock. Have fun and be safe! Thanks for watching!
