Thank you for explaining your lineage and the dragon family wing chun. 🙂 I practice Wing Chun in Germany and in our school we're starting to spar and pressure test too in order to train more realistic and understand what works and how we have to apply movements in a combative situation. It would be great to see a video about you sparring and pressure testing. I'm honestly interested and like to be inspired by other wing chun styles. Greetings from Germany! 🙏🙂
1. Real Sparring 2. Multiple Ranges 3. Pressure Tested- to be effective in Real combat 4. Internal Structure 5. Precision and timing 6. Self Defense focused- Especially vs bigger stronger opponents 7. Holistic- Mind/Body/Spirit integrated Excellent Sifu. Those are significant differences from ALL other Wing Chun. Awesome!
Thank You Sifu very imformative and so proud to be learning your style of wing chun and lineage very much appreciated this has helped me more in my personal life too which i will always be grateful for Best Wishes Bern xxx
Have been following your channel the last couple weeks and really love your content and presentation of information. Ive been watching your videos thinking "dang this wing chun is REALLY good and sooooo similiar to my sifus wing chun" which has been hard to find online as most peoples wing chun online is well, sub par. After watching this video and you explaining your lineage i now know why i gravitate to your wing chun so much! Haha. My sifu , scott mullein, is also under bill graves and godwin line. Thank you for the knowledge and look forward to diving into your online curriculum soon as well 🙏🙏
In Wing Chun it is essential to spar. We need to test and experiment with our ideas to understand effectiveness . There’s no need to hurt your training partner. The better your ability , the less likely your partner will get injured . But , don’t let your sparring become fighting. Fighting is the end game and the more junior student will get hurt .
