girlie, I heard meditation helps with ADHD concentration. So meds and meditation might help you as well. You're doing amazing, your house is beautiful and that's you. it was all you, always remember that.
I’ve had ADHD my whole life I’ve never suffered. I’ve never been depressed. I’ve never been lackadaisical. I just keep going until I can’t. That’s the only downfall of ADHD that I have. I can’t stop once I get going. It has to get done. I don’t stop in the middle and take a nap, oh my God that would kill me. I would never sleep until it’s done.
Not trying to sound weird or mean but the song you where humming gave me a sharp pain in my right eye it was so weird. Maybe I’m the only one.

I’m ADHD and have a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT). If you find the right one, it can work wonders to help you accept yourself and create tools specific to you that can assist you everyday. Here’s to our neurodiverse brains! 🧠

about a year ago I spent weeks trying to think of a way to do something similar to this and gave up bc it was exhausting my creative brain and I couldn’t focus on another projects……. right now I don’t have the intention of doing the same project I had in mind at the time, BUT this gave me an idea for another project with tiles I was thinking of doing!
