I still have my pulse 9plus. Rarely used anymore but still works great. Bought it in 2011 or 2013. Can’t remember

I had. 5+ finatic that got water in the drag. It seized up after sitting a few months. Hatch sent me paid overnight postage and upgraded all my gen 1’s to gen 2 components for free. Got them back in under 5 days. I’m bummed I had a failure, but absolutely loved how they stood behind their product.
