The movie would have been way better if Tim was Stanley's son and he would be a kid instead of an adult who discovers his father's mask and goes through the stuff he did.
Bill Farmer & Richard Horvitz voice the dog. I would assume that Bill does the dog sound effects(barking, growling, etc.)and Richard does any other vocal effects(screaming, laughter, occasional talking, etc.), or Bill Farmer night have voiced him in his “normal dog” form, and Richard does him in his “Mask” form.
This movie is so impressively unfunny, and I think it’s because of how constant the looney tunes-esc movement and extreme “jokes” are. There’s barely a moment in the film where it isn’t trying to be a live action cartoon, leading to it becoming normal and therefore not funny. The original film had big gaps between when Jim carrey wore the mask, so everytime he put it on it made that part of the film entertaining Not to mention Jim carrey just completely blended into the makeup and made you believe he’s a cartoon come to life. Jamie Kennedy’s makeup looks like he’s fighting it the whole time he tries to speak (most of his mask dialogue is ADR’d anyway but in the original cut he used a more normal voice than the creepy dumb voice). Jim carrey actually trained himself to speak with the prosthetic teeth in his mouth. He wasn’t supposed to say his lines with them in but he managed to learn how to talk with them. Jamie Kennedy can barely open his mouth. If you look close enough you can even see where his makeup ends 😂
This movie is painful, just everything. Jamie Kennedy is awful in and out of the Mask makeup… the camera movements are annoying and queasy inducing and even the lenses with the almost fisheye distortion is painful and annoying
@@antdog375af10 No it wasn’t funny, it was painfully unfunny. The 1994 original mask movie with Jim Carrey and Cameron Diaz is way better and is 💯 funny compare to this sh!t that isn’t and it got a 2.2/10 from IMDb with a 6% from rotten tomatoes!

I remember this movie being played on Cartoon Network for some kind of a weekend Movie Night feature. I don't remember it being this bad.
I still can’t believe how bad it actually is
