Five years ago, I created a Ho'oponopono Song video as a powerful tool for inner healing. This song is a beautiful first step towards combating the effects of unforgiveness. In today's world, we are constantly bombarded with stressors that affect our physical, psychological, and physiological bodies. Lack of forgiveness significantly contributes to stress, leading to brain fog, low energy, lack of focus, and often hindering success in life.
Stress is a precursor to nearly 200 diseases, accelerating aging and fostering feelings of depression and anxiety (Giancarlo Serra) (Horizons Magazine). Ho'oponopono offers a profound way to address these issues. It is an ancient Hawaiian practice focused on clearing internal negativity by taking full responsibility for one's life and experiences.
How Ho'oponopono Works
Ho'oponopono means "to make right" or "to rectify an error." The practice involves a process of repentance, forgiveness, gratitude, and love. By repeating phrases like "I'm sorry," "Please forgive me," "Thank you," and "I love you," individuals invite healing and purification from within. Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len demonstrated this process by healing himself to positively affect those around him, particularly during his time at the Hawaii State Hospital, where he transformed the lives of criminally insane patients through self-clearing (Giancarlo Serra) (Horizons Magazine).

Cheers for this, I have been researching "ho'oponopono prayer" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Wanogan Teyarter Cure - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my m8 got great success with it.
