Before you start, use your intention and attention... imagine you are connecting from heart to heart with the person or situation you wish to forgive and repeat the Ho'opono Pono 108 times.
You will get the best result if you do this deep healing exercise 2x/day, in the morning before you start your day and right before you go to sleep.

ORIGIN OF THIS TECHNIQUE
Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation. Traditionally it was practiced by family members for a person who was physically ill as it was thought that guilt over errors the person had committed had made them sick. Modern researchers have found that the applications of Ho’opono pono can have far reaching implications and can be used in any situation, problem, issue, relationship or concern, simply by using your intention and attention to use these 4 key mantras for healing of all relationships and for manifestations of abundance and prosperity in all areas of your life.
Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len was a therapist at the Hawaii State Hospital. He worked with patients who had been diagnosed as dangerous and criminally insane. When he began working there, the ward he was on was assigned to was not a good place to be. The staff including the doctors quit or called in sick on a regular basis. It was a high-stress environment with many staff terrified of the patients and we can say, it was just as bad for the patients as many of them were shackled or heavily sedated. As Dr. Hew Len would review a patient’s file he would practice Ho’opono Pono repeating the key mantras over and over again and directing them not at the patients as you might have expected, but at himself as at the centre of Ho’opono Pono lies the belief that we all have a responsibility for the reality we experience. So, Dr. Hew Len believed that to heal these patients he would first have to heal himself and as he did so, incredibly, even patients he had never seen began to heal. Patients came off their medication, stopped being violent and some were even released. People began enjoying coming to work there and absenteeism and staff turnover stopped.
Dr. Hew Len’s story then began to circulate and as people began to practice this amazing, profound yet simple technique they began to see incredible changes take place in their lives as blockages to success, to happiness and wellbeing just seemed to disappear.

Some people are doing this with the intent to heal relationships with others, and that’s all good. Do what feels right and resonates with you. For me, I think this is more about healing our own selves. Often times the person we need to love and forgive and show gratitude toward the most is our own self. Some don’t even realize how much hurt we carry over our lifetimes...this is about letting all that go. Letting go of any guilt, shame, embarrassment, hurt, anger, resentment, etc...loving and forgiving yourself and showing gratitude can heal just about any aspect of our lives...it’s an inward journey that reaps rewards both inwardly and outwardly.
When you cure yourself you tend to open your heart and receive good vibes and that can lead to good r/ships too. If it's meant to be!! Gives you clarity..... ! Your are right to say heal yourself first.

Hoponopono is extremely powerful and healing. If you are doubting if it will work I can guarantee you that it can change your life if you do it consistently. I was doing it and I started feeling my whole body vibrating and I started thinking of my girlfriend(we were having some problems) and I started crying so much because of the love I had for her, I was able to feel the things she’s been through in her life and having compassion and love. After that, I saw that she texted me while I was meditating and she told me that she was crying because of our love. It really connects souls and also heals you individually too

@MJ I had a falling out with my only son 6 yrs ago. He wanted nothing to do with me for so many of his own perceived reasons. 2 beautiful grandkids have been born since then. I watched this video 2 days ago and I cried so much I wanted to take my own life. Basically I went through a purge so deep that the universe shifted. @@vedanshmeenavlogs8687 Dont think anything while you begin. This is actually a prayer to the universe for self forgiveness.Just keep listening especially at night while sleeping. Some images, memories or people may start to appear. Then you just focus on that image and keep chanting until it dissolves. Forgive yourself and that person or incident by true heart. After a few days you will be only with yourself and you will feel a sense of great comfort and relief as if you have got rid of all the burden from your past about people, places, things, relationships that no longer serve you. I am a 75 year old Grandmother from Tasmania Australia 🇦🇺 and this is very beautiful I felt like I was wrapped in a BLANKET OF LOVE I will tell you what happened to me a day before my 75th Birthday 3 weeks ago My beautiful Daughter Grandaughter and I were travelling on a bus to our Dance lessons when I was involved in a bus accident I was thrown from my seat and I hit the back of my head and I fell very hard on the floor It happened very quickly The bus driver was going very fast and I think that I may have been in shock I still did my Classical Ballet lesson that day but I just couldn't move my left arm That night I had the most excruciating pain in my left shoulder my left arm and the left side of my body I have never felt pain like this before It was difficult to sleep because of the pain The next day my whole left arm was badly bruised I just couldn't lift it at all I didn't feel like eating because of the pain and I felt nauseous It was an awful experience and my Daughter and Grandaughter were very worried about me I am a Pianist and I compose Music 🎶 🎵 and I was concerned that I might never be able to play the piano 🎹 that I love so much again because I couldn't use my left arm A week ago I tried to play the piano for a short while but it was painful so I had to stop I was very depressed and unhappy that I could not play the piano I tried again after doing this beautiful Meditation and it felt a lot better playing the piano 🎹 I was believing that I would play the piano again and today after doing this beautiful Meditation 4 times I had a real break through I was composing music 🎶 again and playing some of my favourite Music again and my shoulder was not hurting This Meditation was the most beautiful experience ever I felt something being lifted from my left arm and shoulder and my left side of my body and the most beautiful warm feeling in my body It was absolutely beautiful I have had hardly any pain in my body today and I am very grateful for this To all you beautiful people out there This works and I will continue to keep doing this beautiful Meditation I believe that the mobility in my body will completely heal I am very grateful that I can still play my piano and still dance I LOVE YOU ALL YOU ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL LOVE GAYE ❤🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

This meditation blew me away, I was encouraged to use it for my ex, whom I hadn’t seen in nearly a year, was blocked by, and all sorts of craziness, during a breathwork session. The entire hour I spent forgiving her with the ho’opono pono. Immediately I felt lighter, went to grab my things to leave the space, and I sh*t you not, as I begin to leave, my ex, just walked through the entrance and we were both like a deer in headlights staring at each other. Now I’d say this was a coincidence, because we had a common interests, but both of the events we signed up for did not exist until last minute, and we were both at least a 2hr drive away from the venue. I haven’t heard or seen from her since I bumped into her, but I can tell you that this blew my mind in a way I still can’t comprehend.

Everyone has their own inner child to be healed. So do I. I was born and raised in a conservative family where punishments were the main means of communication. After doing Hooponopono for half year, my family had a real conversation after 35 years under my host, without any judgments, criticisms or condemnations, fallacies. Many secrets were revealed. And the most important is that we can sit down and talk to each other face to face with our most honesty. It was hurt but real. I told a friend that I felt like the feeling of calm after a storm. Everything were destroyed physically, but I found peace in my soul.

This was amazing! I did part of this with my eyes closed and felt a warm white light enbrace me...around me. As I was saying this, a few people popped to my head and I dedicated that portion of H'opono Pono to them. However, it seemed that I had to apologise to myself and my body the most.
