Brawley Mtn Tower via Benton MacKaye Trail

Time for another family hike! This time we start at Wilscot Gap and follow the BMT to the Brawley Mountain Lookout Tower. We then return using Forest Road 45 to make a loop. On the way back you'll pass some old dilapidated bleachers used by different rock climbing trainers over the years.
We did this hike in late fall so all the leaves are on the ground making it easier to see the views as you cross Tipton Mountain and Ledford Gap..

Great video! My daughter and I hiked Blood Mountain and Black Rock Mountain in Georgia. It was very challenging!

Very nice! We've hiked up from Dockery Lake near Blood Mtn but I don't think we've done anything by Black Rock yet.
