any idea how to download mp3 files onto this headset?
You need to download the MP3 files to your computer's local storage, then connect the computer to transfer the music files via the power cable. If you are using Apple's download tool, you need to download the file locally and then convert the file to MP3 format or wav format. Then upload the file to the headset, you can search for the keyword "mp3 music download" on the Google search engine, you will wait for many mainstream MP3 file download sites
Can anyone please do a video on how to transfer music to the open ear wave from iTunes so I can use them in the pool
Tips for Apple Mac users:
1. Shut Down your Mac, then attach the head set to your Mac using the USB cable that came with the headset (MAKE SURE you’ve attached the USB cable in the correct orientation by matching the (very small) slot and tab) as you plug it in), then restart your Mac. The SD Card should mount and is called “FLASHDEVICE”.
2. If the flash drive did not mount after a restart, go to the store and download a free NTFS app (that lets you mount and formate external disks (DO NOT REFORMAT THE FLASH DRIVE), just use the NTFS app to mount the Flash Drive. I’ve used XDISK (it appears in the menu bar when installed), MAX NTFS and NTFS Disk by Omi.
3. You should see the FLASHDEVICE icon on the desktop when you can open and delete files and copy files to the DISK.
4. The MP3 player on the flash drive will not play Apple Music files as Apple Music files are in an ACCX format and a DRM protected. I use the free Audacity app on my Mac to convert Apple Music files to MP3 files and then drag and drop them onto the FLASHDEVICE flash drive. At first, Audacity may seem hard to use as you will need to download and install “Suondflower 2 channel” extension. The way Audacity works it that it records an Apple Music song as a song is played. You then save the recording as a MP3 file and then copy it onto the headset’s flash drive where it is playable. You need to change to sound output in audacity from to the Suondflower 2 ch output as audacity cannot make a recording from sound from your Mac’s speakers or other external speakers unless you are set up with a higher quality microphone. To do this, after Soundflower is installed, Click the Audio Setup button in Audacity and change “Playback device” and “sound recording device” from “Built-in Output” and in “Built-in microphone” to Soundflower 2 ch. When you record a song, you will not be able to hear it as the sound is now being directed to audacity rather than your external speakers. You will have to change the output and input settings back to the build-in output and mic to hear and record sound after using audacity to hear and record sound normally. You can do this by using the sound setting in your Mac’s System Preferences.

Have you found a way to adjust the volume when in MP3 mode, i.e., not paired to a phone?
In MP3 mode, you can directly use the headphone volume "+" and "-" buttons to adjust directly.
