Hi Dave .. The best in the world for you. I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and thank you always for your support. I hope you do well with learning the piano. I want to hear something from you soon !! Blessings.
@@CAESARMUSIC Maybe not so soon. You see I am taking care of my Mama Chow she is 93 and is bedridden. Most of time is looking after her. I make that promise to my Dad before he pass away 25 years ago. But that’s doesn’t stop me from learning new things again. I just love to listen to good musicians and their works. And you are one of them. It helps me to relax after those long day and night. For that I thank you so “Take Care and enjoy the Holidays”
Hi Caesar It has been a while. Mom is doing fine she still is yelling. At 94 she could yell all she wanted. That is how I know she is alive.😂😂😂 Anyway I just wanted to wish you a “Happy Chinese New Year” it is my year I was born in the year of the “Rabbit”🐇 The regular rabbit “Not” the “Playboy Rabbit” (he,he,he) Am still thinking to start up learning to play the piano. I’m thinking of purchasing a Rolland keyboard. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it. Caring for mom is a 24/7 job but it is worth it because I get to know her better. Anyway have a Happy Chinese New Year. 🙏🐇🎉🧧🧨 Take Care and May the year of the Rabbit (2023) be a good year for you.
Thank you Dav happy new year to you too. I am glad that your mother is well and that you continue to take care of her, what a blessing!!! Regarding the piano, I recommend that if you can, you buy an acoustic piano, it doesn't matter if it is upright, it can be a Yamaha or Kawai or one that is already used but that is in good condition. the acoustic is the best. now if you buy a digital piano buy it with 88 weighted or counterbalanced keys the weight of the key is very important because if the keyboard is very soft it will not help you to acquire the piano technique it is also recommended that it can be connected to the computer through MIDI by usb since there are very good applications to learn to play the instrument. Brands that I can recommend CASIO, KORG, ROLAND, YAMAHA, Blessings and I am very glad to hear from you.
Hi Caesar Wanted to thank you for your suggestion. I am looking at a Roland with 88 keys right now. I have a family upright piano at the old house. But I had to move in with mom to take care of her. I believe the old piano is made by a company call “KIMBLE” Dad brought it back in the early 60’s. It is an upright piano but I had not been at the old house since mom fell and broke her hip and is bedridden and that was seven years ago. Back then KIMBLE” was a reputable piano company. I can’t move the piano to mom house and disturb her with my bad playing but I have to start somewhere in order to be good. That why I decided to purchase a piano key board with 88 keys. Went I heard you play “Somewhere in Time” by John Berry I enjoy it so much I wanted to learn how to play that music piece. Another one of his that I am planning to learn is from the movie, “Out of Africa.” what a beautiful theme song. I enjoy listening to films score.🍿 I also enjoyed the French composers, like Ravel and Debussy. Here is something maybe you can help me with. I’m trying to find a piano sheet music of a Chinese song that called,”The Butterflies Love Song” very famous piece of piano music . Do you know where I can find the music for piano or direct me where to look? This piece is such a beautiful piece and the story is a classic. If you ever wanted to know about the story let me know. Well, I guess I’ll be hopping along. (Year of the 🐇) I hope “The Year of The Rabbit” bring you great joy and prosperity. Take Care and Thanks again.
@@davchow8124 Hi Dav, you're welcome. Ok I understand better this way to study in silence with headphones so as not to interrupt mom. I don't know the musical composition that you tell me, who is the composer? Maybe that way I can search to locate the sheet music. Regards.
That is the problem I see it in UA-cam. under the name “Butterfly Love Song” It is probably written by a Chinese composer but that’s all I know. If you have a chance give a listen to the piece. You don’t get too many Chinese symphony Orchestral pieces. Just type in “Butterfly Love Song.” I think it will pop up. The rendition I heard was by an elderly lady playing piece. I would be interesting of what you think? Thank you for responding to my request. God Bless you!
Arrangiamento sublime, molto fedele all'originale e ottima esecuzione, complimenti!
Thanks for sharing the tutorial, one of my absolutely favourites from Morricone. I'm learning it, and it feels so great to play it.
I'm glad it works for you. Cheers
You played it with your heart and it shows. Bravo

Is Ennio's lack of Oscars because he is technically working on foreign films?
Bravo, ma le note sono troppo luminose e confondono.
