Making the max capacity of my rice cooker, with a little extra water, portioning it out using a bowl, wrapping them up into portions with saran wrap, and freezing them has been game changer for me. You just take one out of the freezer when you want some rice, unwrap it, put it in the bowl and microwave it for 2-3 minutes, and bam! If you find your rice is a little dry, you can try covering the bowl with a microwave cover or saran wrap/ or use 1-2 ice cubes on top of the rice when you microwave
