I used to live in San Diego but I’m born and raised on Guam, PLEASE go to SMACKN GUAMANIAN GRILL in Miramar we found that they are THE MOST AUTHENTIC Chamorro food in the city.

Put the syrup in your cup before you put in your espresso so that it melts into it and mixes well, then put your milk in. That’s how we do it at my coffee shop.

I’m half Mexican/half Chamorro but closer to my Guam side and used to go to Guam every summer growing up. Can’t wait for you to try more foods! My dad was always the cook in our house and he makes bombb teriyaki chicken, short ribs, lumpia, red rice, shrimp kelaguen, estufao - the works! He’s made me the foodie I am today. 😋

One thing that I did for my coffee that was delicious was I iced a half shot of espresso with a tablespoon of heavy whipping cream, and I whipped it and added it to some almond milk ( with caramel drizzle of course) 😂😂😂 and it was fire 🔥! Hope you try it one day and enjoy it ❤❤❤❤
