One of the Best Educational Video I've seen on youtube. It was real, not some previously written script where everything works out fine the first time. Even the corrections and reworks were valuable lessons. This is a serve both, as educational and a Reference Guide. Thanks for taking the time and trouble to share your knowledge.

Haha, thanks! PC's are fine. I'm just not a fan of the OS, updates, amount of virus / malware a PC can easily get, the awkward keyboard command using the CNTRL button... back in the day when I bought my first computer straight out of art school in 01, the adobe software was difficult to use because you would actually have to click on the window before you could even utilize it. For example, if I wanted to select a swatch, I'd have to click the window before I could even select my swatch... if that makes sense. Welcome to the MAC world! Less headaches, and time spent maintaining the machine, doing updates, keeping up with virus software (which a Mac doesn't need, because virus programs spend there time working on platform that'll affect millions rather than thousands).

I get asked that often, even with videos on doing seps, but I would really like to have the whole process on video so I can point those that want to learn, and be able to show the whole process. I'll have to do a separate video for seps. Then I'll do one of creating the screens and printing. Great feedback. I'll be there all day Saturday. See you then!

Thank YOU!!! I've used Corel back in 2005, and it was night and day between the two apps. Adobe's software is pretty seamless between the apps, and is the industry standard. Corel does the same thing, but I couldn't get around Corel. Bigger learning cure for me personally. I have been using Illustrator for 19 years. I have used FreeHand, when it was out, quite a bit. It had some features to it Illustrator didn't at the time 99' until the last MX version. FreeHand was great. For whatever reason, Corel just slowed me down. Guess it's the interface, but people should use whatever they are comfortable with and proficient at. They all get the job done.

I totally understand. I have found my work on a eBay, and my designs knocked off some much to the point I'm not getting paid for the ideas. The eBay seller of my design, I have contacted them telling them to take it down, or to pay me royalties... heard nothing back and it's still up. They are across seas in Britain. A lot of times I'll design something on the fly and try and show my process. I forget to mention things at times because it can be overwhelming trying to narrate, and get the job done as quickly as possible, because I'm trying to meet a deadline. I have freelanced for many years and we used ShutterStock or iStock quite a bit. We would plug in comp pictures with their watermarks. Clients don't always like the photos in the comp. Once we find something they like, we have the clients pay us to purchase the images so we may insert a high res image into the design.
