- Here is a 15 min segment of various radio spots for the Led Zeppelin August 6th, 1977 concert at Rich Stadium, Buffalo, NY. This concert was later canceled, as well as all the remaining US tour dates from this leg.

Just imagine - 10.00 a ticket plus a 0.50 service charge to see the greatest rock band ever. Damn, those were the days.
Unfortunately Robert Plant's beautiful son Karac suffered a serious stomach illness and passed away before Robert could make it home from the Tour. It was a very heartbreaking time for all.

All I can think is that it must have been a phenomenal concert. I was a bit too young to engage in my most favorite rock band of all time. Forever Zep!
@Mary Rudelich You and me both! My older brother saw them twice as he's 11 yrs older than me, although I did get to see Plant & Page in concert in the 90's it was awesome!! Zeppelin fan forever..
@Coogan I know that but I did see Page & Plant in concert in Little Rock AR! I never said I saw Led Zeppelin.. I was to young to see them. Thanks for the info though..
Wasn’t lying. My first concert, (without the parents) was RUSH. Ticket price was $7, parking was $3, the t-shirt was $3. That was 42 years ago. These were Chicago prices at the Ampitheater. I’m digging this feed.

So tragic and beyond words. Watching this we all know as Zeppelin appreciates.. what happened in July 77. The ads “in less 3 weeks”. Very surreal to listen to.
$10.50!! To see LED ZEPPELIN!!! If then was now, we would be looking at $1500
I saw half back in 95 page n plant tour at the Boston garden Massachusetts and guess what, believe it or not my ticket was $35
The guys in front of us paid over $250....I stayed sober and have to say it was the best concert I've been to.

No-one would be able-to get tickets if the remaining 3 got together. They’d have to do a lottery like-the last reunion..
@Coogan I can honestly say half of my dream came true...back in 1980 I was 16 and few years later I told a buddy if they ever reunite that I will see them....and boy at 31yrs old stone cold sober I was happy to see half of them...:) not sure if I would have been sober if I saw them in the 80's if Bonham didn't die

@Coogan ya. I was 18 yo , live in Toronto just across the lake from Buffalo. Never got to see Zeppelin
My sister still has her ticket, even though it was cancelled due to Robert Plant's family tragedy..
While this concert never happened, it is cool to have some documentation of the ads for them. But here’s my question. Why don’t we have more concert radio ads? Seriously I’ve only come up with this and a few others. Are they really rare or something? If there is more than someone please upload them
