Look at the show. Roczen went from last to the podium, the 450 class is an intentional escape from talent. They press riders into the big bike class, while others ride it for better positions. it's calculated sandbagging and everyone knows it.
As much of a fan I am of Chase Sexton, I hate to see a championship have to conclude like this. It would've been better to see a fight to the end rather than an abrupt gift like that.

Chase may have his hands full with Jett outdoors and beyond, bummed for Tomac, was really looking forward to outdoors. As much as I hate to say it I think we won’t see Eli racing again but I hope he proves me wrong

Hate to see this I know if I was in his shoes I'd be gutted knowing how crazy the hometown fans were cheering and with the championship then not being able to put on a show. I'm going to be honest, I couldn't have seen this as the end results for the season. I counted Sexton out. Any effort to win was just to save face and build momentum for the outdoors. I guess it goes to show us all to never give up. If he would have listened to us, those who doubted he could claw back up and win the title, he wouldn't be in possession of the red plate and poised to hoist the number one next week. I am bummed out for Eli, but congratulations to Chase. Super glad I was wrong to think his title hopes were over.

I'm with you on that one. My pro SX/MX watching days are over. It takes a long time for that injury to heal completely so I would expect Eli to say goodbye too. There are really no other riders I have much respect for and enjoy watching race. Roczen is great but in his twilight. The rest of them I couldn't give 2 shits about. And I can not stand Deeganpuke so I refuse to even hear anything with that name attached to it. Goodbye SX/MX I'll watch Beavis and Butthead reruns or go watch amateur racing from now on.
