Changes to Electric Forest upsets neighbors

The Electric Forest Music Festival doesn't start until June, but planning and setup have been underway for months. The annual event wouldn't be possible if not for the cooperation of Rothbury residents, who say they're upset with organizers because the agreement they've had in place has unexpectedly changed - they say it's for the worse.

I mean they don’t have to do that , there’s plenty of giant even bigger festivals that do not give any neighbors anything. I’d just be greatful for anything.
