Hi TripDressings. I hope the new year starts fine and all is well in Fukuoka. I hear it is pretty chilly right now. Sea bream is a pleasant fish to eat, I fried one whole during xmas with anchovy oil from Napoli and ate with chop sticks. I want the skin to get really crispy. The Bolognese seems good, but not at all how I make it at home. For the price though a good meal. The croquettes surely better with tonkatsu sauce. The Makonouchi bento looks great! Love shirasu and hijiki seaweed. The Sapporo ramen looks great, but I doubt I can find it in Romania. Great clip! Arigato and have a good 2025!
