hey Im probably gonna buy these for black golf 6 . BTW in aliexpress there are honeycomb black reflector( I bought they look amazing ) and the 3rd brake light also smoked( also bought a couple of weeks ago it looks amazing ).

Yoo bro I have the OLED tail lights the BMW style ones for my mk6. I don’t have the plastic covers for the inner lights yet, so just plugged the outer lights in for now. What can I use instead of that plastic cover and aslo, the running lights don’t seem to work on both tail lights do the tail lights need to be fully connected to eachother for the running lights to turn on. Brake and indicators work no problem.

I'm gonna do a backbox delete how in the future if the UA-cam manages to get big I'll probably go for a whole system So we can get ready for the stage 3😆

Yeah because I'm not going for any crazy mods yet I'm gonna get it for noise but in the future then I might get a sports cat and a different Res or something idk tho

The wiring wasn't too hard it was just 1 cable was hard to feed up the rubber piece because it kept getting stuck. Other than that it was alright

They look so sick. It depends bro if your going for similar colours as me then smoked will look nice but tbf I think maybe the red and smoked will suit your car so it's cherry red for the lights and then instead of clear for the indicator bit its smoked

I have seen several videos where they swipe places of brown and white wire on left side lights( euro specs) which basically converts both side lights to reverse lights(instead of 1 reverse light and 1 fog light) .
I have question for you. When you change gear to reverse on your car. Then your both side lights act as reverse light or just 1 of them gets on?
Yeahh mad. Naa bro just the bottom of 1 inside light lights up as a reverse light

Just the outer and rear bar bro however I guess it might be possible you could cut into the outside light wiring and tap off it so the inside ones work with it

Yeah these are plug and play the only thing you need to do is run the wiring for the inner lights. If you don't want to do the wiring then they'll still work it's just the inner indicators won't light us just like how the stock lights are

It depends bro most insurance companies are ok with it they just go up by abt 50 but some more. Check with your insurance they'll come under high level or extra brake lights

They’re genuinely just golf gti/ golf r mk6 rear lights just tinted not really rare in my opinion. They look good for what they are
Naa bro I'm saying they're rare as in nobody has them on a car.for example you typically see the normal GTi/R lights but I've never seen the smoked ones on any car irl

oh maybe then idk. I've only found one other mk6 with these lights in the uk the rest have the normal red ones and then the other ones with smoked lights like mine are in the USA or other countries
@@Fizzy.g Most people don’t do it as they wouldn’t waste money on it as they’re only interested in doing performance modifications instead of wasting time and money on rear lights. Decent though tbh, longs you’re happy with them that’s all what matters

for me only one side turns on as the reverse light and the other is a fog light
