I too have gone back and forth on funko pops since I do not like anything chibi. However I did a harry potter funko pop advent calendar last year and really enjoy the mini's, so I've been rethinking maybe creating a section in my collection.lol
Same! I am not a chibi fan, only occasionally do I allow something chibi-esk. But something about Funkos hits the little kid heart in me. 😄 The minis are a great way to tap into that!
I have Neville in front of Honeydukes. It fits great into winter. I like the idea of having all the Hogsmeade ones as my winter village. But I probably won´t get more. They are so expensive and take a lot of space in a box somewhere when I don´t have them on display. Other than that one, I have Lupin (who is supervising me whenever I´m at my desk) and the DIY Dumbledore. I painted it in blues and a bit of silver, which feels wintery to me. Plus it is a Christmas one where he is holding the wrapped Invisibility Cloak as a gift for Harry. So he is a winter decor item in my eyes. I also have four Mystery Minis: the dragon, Krum, Fleur and Boggart as Snape. And four Itty Bitty Pops: Dumbledore, Nick, Snape and McGonagall. I also like Ron in the Ford Anglia, Dumbledore and McGonagall with the castle, Ollivander in Diagon Alley, Neville with pixies, Bellatrix, the Herbology ones, the ghosts and Harry with the big hat from the Quidditch World Cup. The ones on the brooms are cool, too. And the Ron one I see in your background. In short: I like all of them except for the very plain ones like the first edition of the Golden Trio. But I try not to get too many of them because I also like and ownHP Lego BrickHeadz and you have to display or store them somewhere, right?

I’ve been having this debate with myself for years…. To collect funko or not to . I decided to add some to my collection this past week and ordered the 20th Anniversary editions of the Golden Trio . And I just ordered a movie moment from Five below !!! Couldn’t pass up such a good price 😊. I actually really like the Deluxe Editions with the locations and the movie moments. I also have been working on finding Yule Ball items . I mostly only see ornaments unfortunately, I’d like to see a replica of the ice sculpture!!! That maybe lights up from the base !!!

I want to see the lesser represented characters made. How cute would a Colin Creevey be? Have we seen Flitwick yet? Madame Hooch? Professor Sprout? Slughorn? The Carrows? Generic Death Eaters? We only had Lucius in his mask, right? What about Crabbe and Goyle? Xenophilius Lovegood? Where are the Dursleys? Did we get all the ghosts yet? A first year in one of the boats on their way to Hogwarts would be cool, as a Pop Ride. Or Harry on Buckbeak. Students with Blast-Ended Screwts. A clueless Neville in front of the Fat Lady, not knowing the password. Umbridge with fireworks all around her. There are so many great scenes you could make into Movie Moments. There is an artist line of Pops I really like, but I don´t want the characters. I would love that with HP figures. I can imagine JK Rowling would not allow that, though. That´s the thing, you don´t know what Funko is allowed to do. I have the feeling my English isn´t the best today, so sorry if I wrote utter nonsense.

We got some in that calendar we haven't in full size, so my hope was it was a sign they were going to put out more in full size that we don't get.
