So i applied it today. I have thick, frizzy, and semi curly hair (not too curly but not straight either. Its a mess). I used all the ingredients same as instructed except for the oil, i used Emami 7 Oils in One. I kept it on for little bit more than an hour ( i actually forgot i had it on my head until i suddenly smelled it lol). Rinsed it with cold water at first ( i cant use hot/warm water on my head. it gives me headache), shampooed once and then conditioned my hair. Result: my hair feels very soft and slippery. It added lots of shine and took away a lot of friz from the hair. I cant smell anything due to the oil which has a strong scent that the shampoo couldnt even lift. So its all positive and i recommend it.

Little top, oils used in this recipe you should add 1st before going and adding the honey so the oil helps the full amount of raw honey from your measuring spoon used for the oils. Also, if you are using a honey that comes in a bear shaped bottle, spoiler alert-odds are it's not actually honey, but is a mix of high fructose corn syrup and molasses. I have tried many hair masks but this one is easiest to make and the best one with ingredients available at home. No need to blend ingredients just combine and apply and has no smell. Perfect for lazy person like me 😂 i used conditioner after washing my hair with shampoo. 👍
There are hair masks u apply for scalp but the ones u make at home and add yogurt, egg, castor oil etc are heavy stuff and aren't for the scalp there are a few ones u can make to rub into ur scalp

I wash my hair once a week with one or two whole eggs, leave for 20 minutes (I wrap my hair in plastic) and wash out with cold water. Never wash with warm, the egg will get cooked😃 I finish with vinegar diluted in water rinse. I have identical hair to the woman in the video. When still soaking wet, I apply diy flax seed gel but I will try the cream she uses next time. I have beautiful, bouncy, shiny curls and waves🙂 It's important to treat your hair with hydrating masks like in this video and massage your scalp.
Don't use egg more often than once a week. For some, a lesser frequency may be better. It depends on your hair, eggs are nature's protein treatment and you don't want to overdo it. I sometimes use only the yolk, or use egg white for scalp and yolk for length.

I would do it every time you shampoo 🤷🏽♀️ no harm no foul. These aren’t damaging products so it literally wouldn’t do anything BUT benefit your hair. And only washing once a week is already doing so much for you, so adding this would be the icing on the cake! 😁

Coconut oil should be switched out with olive oil avocado oil. Coconut oil can clog drains. Solidify at lower temperature. With her hair, shower drain clogs would be more frequent. Clog drains can be costly.

I was wondering the same thing. Had a bad experience with using mayo in my hair several years ago. The smell it left was so nauseating, I had to wash it 3 more times before it toned down enough to stop making me want to puke. That alone made me disappointed to see all the diy hair masks containing mayo. Hope the other ingredients neutralize the odor for keen sense of smell.😥

I just tried it out! The mix still felt a little too thick on my hair. It even felt too thick on my skin and I had to use a lot of soap to get it out. But for the hair, it seems to be good. I hope it lasts for the next few days 🤞 I'll update here soon Update: After 4 days, my hair feels nice and soft. The tangles in my hair still remained but at least my hair is softer and it feels more natural, and it doesn't feel like something thick is on it anymore.

Tip: If you don’t have mayo or don’t want to use store bought, you can make your own with olive oil and eggs there’s tons of recipes for it
Could you just scramble the egg with the olive oil and add it to the mixture that way?

I just tried it out! The mix still felt a little too thick on my hair. It even felt too thick on my skin and I had to use a lot of soap to get it out.
But for the hair, it seems to be good. I hope it lasts for the next few days 🤞 I'll update here soon
Update: After 4 days, my hair feels nice and soft. The tangles in my hair still remained but at least my hair is softer and it feels more natural, and it doesn't feel like something thick is on it anymore.
