- Grape juice is obtained from crushing and blending grapes into a liquid. In the wine industry, grape juice that contains 7-23 percent of pulp, skins, stems and seeds is often referred to as must. The sugars in grape juice allow it to be used as a sweetener, and fermented and made into wine, brandy, or vinegar.

Спасибо большое, что показали разные технологии переработки винограда. С удовольствием посмотрел Ваш ролик. Так и захотелось попробовать свежего виноградного сока! В древности тоже заготавливали эти ягоды для различных целей. Например, в Библии написано: " Они пришли в Эшкол и срезали виноградную ветвь с такой гроздью, что ее пришлось нести на шесте двум мужчинам"(Числа 13:23). Представьте себе, сколько весила эта гроздь? Хотелось бы Вам увидеть такой виноград?

Эта ягода🍇 известна с библейских времен и о ней много написано в Священном Писании. Виноградная лоза может жить очень долго и достигать больших размеров. Например, известно, что одна лоза в Иерихоне прожила более 300 лет, а диаметр ее ствола составлял около 46 см. Высота отдельных лоз - 9 м. Время сбора винограда всегда было очень радостным. Все веселились и пели песни.
И мы до сих пор наслаждаемся изумительной, полезной ягодой🍇 и благодарим Создателя за его любовь и заботу о нас.🙏 "Когда я смотрю на небо, творение рук твоих, и на луну и звезды, которые ты создал.
