Good owner's review of the Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Generally speaking, Jeep did a great job with this fifth generation. Regardless of trim level all exterior lights are LED and the same goes for the interior lights which are LED. That's standard throughout the lineup. A much sleeker for the design schematics over the fourth generation Jeep Grand Cherokee. I also have a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I got mine last year in summer of 2023 for the 2023 model year. Mine is in the Summit Reserve trim nicely equipped with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Good performing engine. I like it. It'll go from 0 to 60 in just 6.1 seconds. Mine is in black too for the exterior color, but the shade of black is different for mine. Mine is the Diamond Black Crystal Pearl color. When the sun hits it, you'll see the crystals. Nice appearance. However, the color I wanted initially when I went to the dealership last year was the Midnight Sky Blue color. My local dealership didn't have that color and neighboring dealerships didn't have that color either. What I'll do in two years time is go to the dealership to get it painted in the Midnight Sky Blue color. The Summit and Summit Reserve trims come standard with the two tone exterior color where the body of the vehicle is one color while the roof of the vehicle is black. When the time comes, mine will look great with the Midnight Sky Blue body color along with the black roof. Nice color combination. A mid-cycle refresh for this fifth generation is coming. The mid-cycle refresh will start for the 2026 model year. Based on info I've gotten from couple sources, couple new features will be added along with a slight interior design change and a new engine powertrain will be available. It'll be the 3.0 liter inline 6 twin turbo Hurricane engine. In the bigger luxury brother Grand Wagoneer that engine produces 510 horsepower. For the Grand Cherokee L, obviously Jeep will detune the performance. It'll probably be detuned down to a range between 430 to 450 horsepower. That's my range I think they'll probably aim for.
good video! I got the Cherokee L Laredo 2021 and I am loving it, in the Laredo you get on Passenger seat manual adjustment that is something I do not like much for the year of the vehicle. I just ordered it 20 wheels and those Pirelli tires waiting for Saturday to be installed 🤣

Happy to help brother! Owning it for 2 years I haven’t had any issues on it. The only thing I can think of is the infotainment system freezing and I had to restart it a few times. I think overall it’s a good car especially since the engine is old and pretty much bulletproof.
If you can get the summit reserve so you can enjoy that air suspension. The other thing I forgot to mention is that it had a lot of recalls but most of mine was a pass.
I've had mine for 2 months, and now I'm looking to trade it in for maybe a 2024 Mazda cx 90 turbo premium, which has better gas mileage. This vehicle isn't for those of us who drive a lot.

What are the reliability concerns. Mainly with infotainment would be my guess. The engine is bulletproof. Time tested

Mine works well, the people with issues are the ones mashing the gas pedal, and making 90 degree turns at 40+ mph
