Also I think the use of political spectrum is just for convenience of the mind to use labels and categories , but unfortunately most people think that they have to think and act exactly according to a strict labelled group which they think they are in rather than creating their world view from ground up, in fact i think most people other than actual honest geniuses should just live their personal life and learn from that and always try to better themselves, rather than trying to pretend some global social scientist intellectual who feed their ego and give them a sense of purpose and think they are better than others while being in a closed labelled group

What a timely episode. Just yesterday Liver Doctor's Twitter account got banned because he exposed Himalaya's Liv 52. He used to promote scientific temper and criticized alternate medicines. He may have sounded rude but we can't ignore the work he was doing. Himalaya's slapped a case against him and once some alternate medicine company or doctor physically assaulted the lab people (he used to test medicines with his own money.) I can understand people criticizing him but even doctors don't seem to come in his support.

Actually meat eating can cause landslides. I used to think humans use of antibiotics might give rise to super bugs but it never occured to me how much we might be using the same on cattle.

Um, sorry but Sadguru ji was correct in some way though. Not sure about the twins, but the mother's breast milk composition will be different when she delivers a male child and female child. Milk produced for male infants tends to have slightly higher fat and protein content compared to milk produced for female infants. This variation is believed to be influenced by hormonal differences between male and female fetuses during pregnancy. Well, that's what I read on the internet. Correct me if I'm wrong.
You are right. Male and female babies have different requirements. If the baby is female then the milk is richer in calcium and less fatty probably to support the baby growth in the skeleton framework. For male babies the milk is richer in proteins and richer in fat content (more in case if the male baby is a first born child) as the male baby typically has more growth requirements. However in case of female babies more milk is produced so over a period of time the numbers almost evens out. These studies have been done in both humans as well as Rhesus monkeys. What happens if there are twins however is interesting. Obviously the milk can't be different in left or right but the mother's body may produce different composition of milk over a period of time in response to the babies suckling. Just guessing here...
I am an intermittent non-veg eater though I think those who don't eat non veg are not only good but are better.
