I had a similar feeling! I think my own use of hats is fear-based, often as a shield. It was beautiful to see them in such an expressive light!

you might really like thom brown (i think it's fall/winter 2020?) it's the collection with the paper animal masks...it's really lush and curious and kind of whimsical (you don't have to make a video about it, no pressure!! it's a little fashion treat though)

It's so magical! It makes me feel a child-like wonder, but it's also kinda grounding with the stark patterns/shapes + gray neutrals. I also want an elephant mask?
