I hope you never stop making new projects with your cute small family 🩷
That’s too sweet! I hope to never stop either 🩷
so cute. And I was skeptical. I am loving your Show. I actually checked to see if you posted. Your accent cracks me up.
That’s so sweet! Thank you for being a part of the channel! Ya know as far as the accent people mention it to me all the time. It’s so funny they’re like “oh you’re from the south aren’t you?” And I’m like no…. I’m from California but yet people think I talk to weirdly 😂 it cracks me up
this series is the only reason i open this app im obsessed
This comment just gave me fuel today. Thank you very much for your support. It means so much 🥰
Wow, I can't believe there was almost no episode all because of Tim.
There's on why I'd even attempt something like this, I'd mess it up so much, you've done a great job and the lights are such a great touch, it'll look great in the evening.
Hahahah it’s always Tim! I’ve definitely messed it up so far too…. But there’s been a lot of adjustments along the way. I think you could do it! Also…. I LOVE your channel. You’re doing so great 🥰
@ women don’t mess up, I don’t know what you mean.
And thanks - got another video coming out probs tomorrow. Trying to hang in there and keep the content going before moving but it’s been tough, was meant to move next Monday and just found out it’s not happening so it’s all up in the air again and we’ve lost the deposit we paid to our removal company!
Gonna try get over it by decorating for Christmas I think. I loved that cardigan you wore in today’s video btw. Just got a similar one in beige and red :)
The little houses look so cozy!
Oh thank you!
The dog houses look really good and they're practical. May I suggest a renovation to the face plates? Instead of nailing them in place, alter them to be hinged doors for easier access, to clean out the interior of the houses. If you didn't want to hinge the face plates, you could attach them with magnets. I just discovered your channel about a week ago but having so much fun watching you guys interact and since you "speak my language", very entertaining!
I love that suggestion! I wish I had thought of that earlier. Welcome to the channel. We’re excited to have you here 😊
Hey Home Depot put a new saw out every week. You literally have a building full of saws. Also can you and Timmy give each other hug at the end of every video so we know you guys still like each other.
I don’t know what Home Depot you go to but mine always has saws with bent blades 😂lol you guys don’t really see the loving side we share.
I love the way the dog cubbies turned out!
I wonder if the wood putty didn’t dry because of some reaction with the paint? I have no clue. Just guessing.
I’m curious if the dogs will like their spaces with the lights on or off? My dog likes to hide in the dark. Have they tried getting in one together?
Thank you! They haven’t tried getting in there together. Reggie actually isn’t really a fan of dogs as weird as that sounds 🫢 he’s a rescue. So he wouldn’t be happy with Kirby if he tried to get in there with him 😂I think the gong in in the dark is a burrowing thing? That’s so cute that yours do that!
This is a wonderful blend of function and whimsy. I absolutely adore it!
Thank you! I think it’s a really cute balance 😊
@@RoseRenovations You're really finding your groove and design POV. It's incredible to watch it unfold in real-time 💝
It looks fantastic!!!
Thank you so much!
Rose looks so sweet and then she unleashes ⛵🤬. Love the videos 😅.
Haha don’t let looks deceive you. I feel like the rabbit in secret life of pets 😂
It looks so good! Great job!
Thank you! I love how it turned out!
Love the doggie doors! So cute and you did a great job!
Thank you so much! I love how they turned out
Love the finishing touches
Thank you! I feel like it’s what makes the space for them 😊
aww, the doggies in their houses in the end, so cute! :D Great job!
Thank you! 😊 I think they like them so far
This project is amazing Rose!
Thank you! I love being able to build out something so functional and tailored to our needs. 😊
I love it!
Thank you!
Looks good!
Oh thank you! 😊
Nice...❤
You are doing great the only thing is wood glue doesn’t bond well on painted surfaces has to be raw wood
🫢 I hope it doesn’t fall off 😂
@ you can always blame your husband 😂
🙌🏽
From 3 to 8 bucks for blue tape is one hell of a price increase... you can't tell me it's because materials got more expensive?!.. yea right.... Anyway, I really like how the dog houses turned out, they look so cozy and relaxing!
It’s company greed! Unbelievable! But thanks! I love how they turned out 😊
Bring your Craftsman circular saw with you to Home Depot (with extra batteries just incase one goes pbfffft). Buy full length pieces of trim and cut them in the parking lot to fit in your car. No more crappy hand saw. The Honest Carpenter has some excellent circular saw videos on how to free hand cut safely. You set the piece of wood on the ground, pick one side up off the ground about ankle high using your left hand. Right hand circular saw cuts straight down toward the ground using gravity to your advantage. The piece on the right hand side drops to the ground, with no pinching of the blade. Stand with your legs in a Ninja fighting stance. Left leg forward right leg back. Just in case the blade binds and the circular saw kicks back, your right leg is out of the way. I usually rest the piece of wood on edge on my work boot in that crotch between the shoe laces and the steel toe with the cut line about 12" to the right past my left foot so my left hand has plenty of room. Also, when the cut piece drops to the ground, the shorter distance it falls, the less dings, dents and scratches it receives when it hits the ground.
Vinyl spackle never really dries. I just sand it an paint over it the next day. DAP makes one the goes on pink and dries white. It's still not dry but at least I know when I can sand it. It seems like the surface scabs over and the inside never dries. Either way, I just paint it the next day.
As always, thank you for sharing. I always enjoy the videos you put out every week. My offer still stands, call anytime if you have questions or get in a pinch (everyone else does, so it's just another typical Tuesday for me). I do carpentry, plaster repair, drywall, plumbing, electric, HVAC (heating and cooling), flooring, paint, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, minor exterior repairs (roofing siding, soffit, facia, gutter, downspout, brick, concrete block, mortar. I also grew up working on cars. Anyway, keep up the good work and tell Tim I said hello .👋
My gosh you are qualified! I like the idea of using the circle saw in the parking lot… cause those saws…. Also good to know with the spackling. I was worried that I did something wrong. Thank you for reaching out and always having sound advice! Tim says hello too! If I’m in a pickle I’ll send you a message :) thank you for your help!
You seriously have a “bleeping” problem with “bleeping”. I respectfully encourage you to use your grown up words.
Now you know the channel isn't your cup of tea, and that's okay. Just like it's okay for Rose to communicate in a way that is authentic to her.
This isn’t the channel for you 🤷🏼♀️🫢
Do y'all even like each other?
Haha we love each other very much. It’s why we start laughing after making jokes 🥰
