He does and I think it's probably because he grew up with a Belgian mother and English father, spending a great deal of time in Belgium visiting family etc. It's also a sign of empathy, when someone changes their accent to reflect their surroundings.

Why on earth would any F1 driver care about post secondary education when all of them make at minimum half $1 million a year, and like 90% of them make more than $5 million a year

As someone that's fairly experienced in Wikipedia editing, the "edits" they make in these videos would likely be heavily modified or deleted within hours if it was a random person posting them, which obviously they don't release these videos for a while after filming them so in the moment it would look like someone random to others.
