the tones remind me of early/mid-90's Polvo.
Love Polvo!
I saw them so many times back in the day!
One of my top 5 bands still
Yeah
Thank you for just playing these and letting the tone speak for itself. The writeup alongside the sound sample is an excellent presentation style! I wish more people would do pedal reviews like this instead of just blathering on about them for an hour and barely playing anything through them
All of 'em is my favorite!
Same!
love the outro! they stack so great together except the last one which is super compressed
The more I hear variations of this circuit the more I love it. Especially without diodes at the right settings it's so dynamic and has so much character to it while keeping string clarity and note definition.
Looooooove my Pigpile! I previously also used the Stomping Stones Virus, which was great, but the Pigpile's blend knob is just essential for me.
I wouldn't have suspected this before watching, but Pig Pile was my favorite.
Pig Pile rules!
The parts garden is bad ass. Stacking is where it's at nowadays!!
I really love this video, man. Great as always.
Bloody gorgeous. I had no idea the Part Harden was an HP clone.
..and thanks for doing what no one else does and letting us know what they all sound like at the same time 😁😁😁👍
Such an awesome video! Fantastic job showing off each one - honestly I love all the sounds haha. The percolator circuit is sooo good!!
Thanks Megan! 😊
Thanks for sharing! Great tones in all of them! I bet these sound great into a slightly overdriven amp.
This just made my day
Vaderin 🔥🔥🔥🤖🤖🤖
Try the Hurts Perc by Latent Lemon in UK. Best. Blows these not away but aside.
I love the HP circuit and built a few recently with fine result. However, that Pigpile is next level. Truly wicked. 🤙 Thanks for this 🎛
This is a magical video. The people thank you
Thank you!
The divvy is so so sick. I have a one knob V2 version and the left toggle option really turns it into a massive fuzz
great job!
Thank you!
these are all fucking awesome really great demo (:
Thank you!
beautiful collection! great demo, that jazzmaster is the right guitar for this
Thank you!
This was badass
I hope you and yours are well. You bring out beautifully fuzzy sounds with your Harmonic Percolator style pedals! I also enjoy them and recommend the Emerald Ox Chimeric Percolator, Speebtone Harmonic Jerkulator, Lurch Audio Ergot, Latent Lemon Audio Hurts, and Quill Effects Sardonic Perpetrator. There are many others I've been blessed to try, but these came to mind and I thought I should recommend them to you and others who appreciate these beautiful strains of fuzz. Peace unto you and yours.
P.S. Love the 5-stack at the end. The essence of scientific experimentation!
Yesssssss more Divvy videos, let's convince Leccy to make moreeeeeeeeeeeee.
Yeah! The Divvy rules
Yes!! More Divvys!
So surprised it was discontinued. I love mine
God that ending was glorious
heck yes
The Divvy has gorgeous fighting overtones. I also really the Part Garden with how squashed you can make it
I regularly look for harmonic percolator clones and this video has shown me a few I've never heard of. What it actually did though is open the door to finding more clones I had never heard of. For a while I've been considering the catalinbread karma sutra but I hadn't pulled the trigger because of the $180 price. Instead I recently ordered the JDM little steamer. It might take a little while to get here but I can't wait to play around eith those steamy shellac/big black tones.
Nice! There are so many good ones out there, I think I'll forever be on a quest to find more haha. I hadn't heard of the Little Steamer actually, looks cool though! The Karma Suture was my first Percolator variant and it's really good, I wish I still had that one
@@noisegenerator On jdms website he claims to have recently gotten ahold of new old-stock transistors that were used in the original harmonic percolators.
Mine too!
Can’t find my socks anywhere now thanks
I'm surprised all 5 stacked sounded as OK as it did, I assumed it would be horrible.
That surprised me too!
So gross in the best ways 🔥🔥
I'm going back to Chet Atkins (steel string era); my Barge Concepts BP-1 may soon be for sale. I don't know. I must clear my mind after watching all of this video. Could be years.
Been looking for one of these forever! Would really like a PigPile someday 😣. You try the Frederic Utility? How about The Land Devices HP-2?
I actually haven't tried either of those yet! HP-2 has been very high on my list for a long time though, so I really need to grab one at some point, and I would love to check out the Frederic too!
All 5 please.
This video made me sad, tbh. It made me fall in love with the Divvy, and immediately after I find out that its discontinued. 😭😭😭
Ahh sorry about that haha, the Divvy is an amazing pedal! I do remember seeing mention of a potential limited run sometime this year, so I would definitely recommend getting on Champion Leccy's mailing list/following them on socials so you can keep an eye out for that!
Did you do some pre or post effects? There is kind of a analog glitchy pitch degradation. I love it!
Hmm its gone now that im listening to it again...
Zander Cafetiere notably absent. It's the best
A good treble booster and a HP is the only 2 pedals you really need besides a tuner and a wah.
I fully agree! And a big muff, and a nice analog delay, and a quality reverb, and of course a looper, probably an octave as well. Oh, and a univibe and a harmonic tremolo...
Great video, what is driving the sound in the bass at ~0:40 in your intro?
Thanks! I can’t quite remember exactly which pedal I used, but I’m pretty sure it’s the Pigpile! Either that or the HP-X
Can you still find the champion Divvy? Cant seem to find one anywhere
