@@laurasardinha after every trip, I usually take a damp rag and just spot clean. You can put any kind of cleaning spray on the rag if there are any darker spots you need to remove! I’m a pretty clean person so I don’t toss it anywhere and I also don’t wear a lot of makeup so it’s stayed really clean! Most bags I see that are dirty aren’t from dirt but from makeup 😅 (red and black smudges)

Hi May! I would say if you wanted just the bag on it’s own, maybe the “mini weekender convertible” might be better cuz you can unzip the bottom and take it off if you want. That is a good 3-4 inches off the bag :)
But if you do have a rolling carry on, it’s a great bag as you can place it on the roller :)
The more you fill up the bag of course it gets pretty heavy lol. And I’m not a light packer so even my shoulder gets sore if I had to carry it super far in an airport just like any bag. But I’m glad I get to stick it on my roller!

Hello! 🤗 I haven’t traveled on Japan airlines 😭. But I have traveled southwest and Hawaiian airlines and it was fine under the seats there too!! 😃(Overhead is also no issue).
I would just say don’t overpack it just in case! But the dimensions of the base should be fine! 😃. I think people would run into the issue if they overstuffed the top and then couldn’t squish it down

How do you keep it clean?

I’m generally a clean person. I don’t toss it anywhere and don’t lay my face on it if I’m wearing any makeup 🫡. But for the normal travel marks and dust, I just spot clean with a rag and some cleaning spray (I use our sanitizer spray from Covid times hahaha). It’s been on way more than 20 weekend or longer trips now and it’s holding out great!!!
that's a really pretty color but do you find that it gets scuffed up and marked when you are throwing it under the plane seat etc?
🤗great question!! The bottom feet make a HUGE difference so I try to keep it on its feet the most. If I do need to place it on it's side to squish it under, I'll just be sure not to scrape it against the floor. 😃 Other than that, the bag stays on it's little feet! 😃
Also after every big trip, I'll go in a spot clean it a bit if needed. I am a pretty clean person and I don't wear make up besides my Lashify eye lashes. I find dirt scuff marks are pretty simple to get out. The bags that look dirty are usually the ones with eye shadow, lipstick, and blush 😁.
I'd like to know which do you prefer? The Monos or Beis Weekender for travel?
I looked into the monos one very carefully. I ultimately went with beis because it was less expensive and had everything I wanted 😏

I think what helps me is I spot clean it after every trip and wipe down any dust with a rag!
Then I try to not put it on its side too much and also don’t put my face on it if I have make up on!

Unfortunately I got it from a small boutique shop in South Lake Tahoe! I have never seen it again since 😭. The black one and beige one are my favorites.

I really like this bag, but I have a question. For international flights the dimensions of the personal item are 15”x11”x4” or 40x30x10 cm. How do you get past the boarding attendants with this bag at 16.15"x7.8"x15.75" or 41x20x40cm?
Hi! I’ve traveled internationally with it! As long as it’s the mini weekender (what I did the video on), it will fit under your seat! Sometimes you have to move it onto its side depending on if you are in the middle or aisle etc.
Other people carry much larger looking bags and make it through 😃

Hi! I'm sure it depends on the airline, but I was able to fit it under my seat on British Airways, Iberia, and Iberia Express. Not a single boarding attendant had an issue with it.

Oh yes, Beis is having a virtual warehouse sale now and the bag is $64.80 which seems like a great deal.
I just went on Japan airlines! No issues! I had mini weekender as my personal item to fit under the seat. And the carry on went in the overhead bins! No issue at all!

I was worried too when I got it! In general I’m a pretty clean person and don’t throw my bags everywhere so it’s been easy for me! I have spot cleaned a couple dusty spots with a rag and some detergent and it was fine! 😃 i also keep my bag upright a lot because I like to take advantage of the gold feet 🤗.
Would not recommend if you wear a ton of make up and like to lay your face on the bag. I’ve seen some real dirty ones in the airport and it definitely is makeup 😁. But long story short I’m surprised how clean I have been able to keep this bag! 😃 I will continue to buy beige material products in the future!

The color has held up really well!! I was telling someone else that it’s easy to keep it clean if you are just naturally a cleaner person and not throwing your bag everywhere or laying a face full of make up on it. When I see other people’s bags that are dirty, it’s always make up 😁.
If I get a little dirt on it, I just use a rag and some detergent and it’s nice again! I’m naturally a clean person!
I personally would go for black if I did backpack though because when I use a backpack, I go anywhere and everywhere lol. So no way would I be able to keep it clean for long even as a clean person. 😛

I was more talking about like people wanting to hike with the beige backpack or like explore all of Asia in the street markets which I wouldn’t recommend as it would get really dirty. But if you are using the bags just for commuting and airport travel, they will be fine! Even if you have to put it on the floor :)
How does it feel on your shoulder? That's what stops me from getting a bag vs using a backpack
To be honest, I only like rolling it on top of my carry on lol. I would NOT recommend if you wanted it primarily as a shoulder bag :)
I really like the backpack!! It’s comfortable getting to places. I would not hike in it though cuz ergonomically it’s not made for hiking long trails because it doesn’t hug you as much as those REI backpacks etc.

Hi! I would say I’m a clean person and mine looks really good even after traveling so much with it! I also scotch guard it! Mine still looks like how I show it in the video 🥰. After each trip I just wipe it down with water and a rag
It just depends on your level of clean and if you throw it around! I’ve seen some dirty yucky looking ones because there is make up and smudges and dirt all over it. Not cute 😝
I also try to keep it upright and don’t throw it all over 😝. I’ve seen some people put it on its side and slide it with their foot in the terminal 🤣
So if you are a clean person, go for it!!! It’s so pretty!! 😍
