Make censorship more democratic. Instead of a top down dictatorial approach, let people in the voting block area of a theater vote on whether a particular film should be allowed or not in an area in case a controversy arises.

On any point when Mr Pahlaj tried to prove his act right Arnab cleverly change the topic. As the producer what he did was right, now as a censer board chairman what he is doing is right. No kissing seen would be cut if the producer of bond movie accepts 'A' rating.
