Olivia certainly is quite an interesting character. Her voice actress does her credit too; a great level of enthusiasm to get across exactly how Olivia felt. A nice well thought out story with quite a bit of justification for the actions of the characters :)
This was incredibly well-written and powerful as always! Olivia's response was astonishing, somehow an engine yelling at a passenger - much less flat-out refusing them boarding - has a very big effect.
Lola Gordon-bert James-mike Henry-rex Dennis-frank Molly-jock ( yes I know molly is a female and jock is a male ) Arry and Bert- the blister twins ( yes I know Arry and Bert are bad and the blister twins are good )
I had been anticipating this episode for some time. It was worth the wait. Lady TehPikachu did a stunning job with her lines, particularly in the scene when Olivia first speaks to Jane.
Wow, your stories are... just wonderful you really seem to have the spirit of the original Awdry stories but with a more 'mature' look at it. I will always love every new episode you put out!
Very nice continuation of Olivia's character :) Once again the interaction between engine and person is spot on, Looking forward to the season finale next week, its been a terrific run with STMY so far :)
great episode! i find it interesting that the actors who voice gordon and henry also voice their miniture gauge counterparts! it's like gordon and henry were cloned, given different personalities, and shrunk!
From what I can gather from the announced season two episodes I'm not sure if the henry and Lily thing will be resolved till the mini series about henry
I'm so sorry that your Grandpa died. But this was still a great story. It just leaves me with one question. In January when Jane goes to Jake's railway, would Jake be angry?
Love the episode WNW love the depth of the characters merry late Christmas as well but id love to see more of Edward he is one of the oldest engines on the railway to my understanding which means he knows a lot about the island of sodor maybe abandon areas like the tv series the episode called "Toby's discovery " id love to see a episode like that but like i said great episode
Nice to meet you. Um can I call you Maya? Cus I mean mystical is just a word to discribe that you have magic powers of some sort. *gasps* do you have powers like elsa?
Hey, had an idea for your series. I know you might already have the episodes planned out for the Arlesdale engines, but why not consider using on of Ben Neals SR&RL 2 foot gauge Baldwin engines, like in a summer or winter sense where the Arlesdale engines are trying to cope with a traffic rush and they brought a preserved SR&RL steam engine over to help with the workload? Might make a rather interesting twist.
Another great episode WNW. Didnt notice the reference to your late grandfather until I read it in the description. Nice touch. Out of curiosity, will Jake be created and featured in Season 2?
its a very well riten episode I think oilvera will fit in well on the arsdele railway it sounded like that the green tank engine considered jane and her bother AH trator to the steam preaseavtion movement and portrade when she first arrived it sound like she was morning her late owener I am glade she heard the other side of the story by the way I have seen anouther episode which invoives two daineing carrges and also eamily hatt appears in it . DO the arsedale railway engines now shes the nothwestern railway controller or was it set before her pomoshion?
Eliot Reader.....um.....let me rewrite that; "It's a very well written episode. I think Olivia will fit well on the Arlesdale Railway. It sounded like the green tank engine considered Jane and her brother, a traitor to the steam preservation movement and ????. when she first arrived it sounds like, she was mourning her late owner. I am glad she heard the other side of the story. By the way, I have seen another episode, which involves two ????? ?????? And also Emily Hatt appears in it; Do the Arlesdale Engines know she's the Northwestern Railway Controller, or was it set before her promotion?"

"Jane did not expect Olivia to be so resentful...."
Really? She did not expect a train she acted coldly to and sold off for money to despise her??
@Slimkilla Studios only entitled aholes would expect others to still be friends with them, after treating them like crap
This was incredibly well-written and powerful as always! Olivia's response was astonishing, somehow an engine yelling at a passenger - much less flat-out refusing them boarding - has a very big effect.
I just realized that you cleverly made the casting choices so interestingly.:
- Gordon-Bert
- Henry-Rex
- James-Mike
Lola
Gordon-bert
James-mike
Henry-rex
Dennis-frank
Molly-jock ( yes I know molly is a female and jock is a male )
Arry and Bert- the blister twins ( yes I know Arry and Bert are bad and the blister twins are good )
@@harrishyatt6283 think he meant the voice actors playing the big engines also voice the small engines, hence 'clever casting choice'.
i love how mike bert and rex have the same voice actors as james gordan and henry haha it's an interesting little touch.
Yeah, nice little inside joke :D
Yeah very interesting

Olivia ought to be a official character. I mean the Arlesdale Railway needs a tank engine.
Next Friday marks the season finale. This season has been awesome. Just plain awesome.
the season 1 finale is going to be delayed wildnorwester said it
A very nice episode!! I never knew Olivia could get so angry! But I am glad she forgave Jane, and all is well

I love Bert's voice! I think it's PERFECT for him!
Another great story, Well done.
As always, another fine addition to the STMY.
Awesome job! And the new Arlesdale engine models look amazing!
Fantastic storyline WildNorWester!
I really like how you let the characters develop over the series.
Whoa... Olivia treated Jane as if she were Norman Osborn, alias the Green Goblin.
The only reason why I liked this episode, is that it take's place on the small railway.
great episode! i find it interesting that the actors who voice gordon and henry also voice their miniture gauge counterparts! it's like gordon and henry were cloned, given different personalities, and shrunk!
This was awesome your stories get better and better each time keep up the good work
I bet that jake will be in a little flash back in one of the newer episodes that will come out
I saw the episode before the re-upload. It was pretty good. I assume that Lily will have to deal with what Olivia dealt with with Henry in Season 2.
From what I can gather from the announced season two episodes I'm not sure if the henry and Lily thing will be resolved till the mini series about henry
ShadowHawkGames There's a mini series about Henry?
Yeah didn't you know
After season it's going to mini series format
ShadowHawkGames I see.
I am sorry to hear that the next episode will be a bit late, but I like this episode. I think that it was very nice of Olivia to forgive Jane.
I'm so sorry that your Grandpa died. But this was still a great story. It just leaves me with one question. In January when Jane goes to Jake's railway, would Jake be angry?
I'm guessing that it will happen offscreen somewhere.
That's going to be off-screen - we won't be seeing it in the series.
But will there be any reference in the series about that?
I've got no plans for it.
Ok
Great episode 🚂😍
I had a terrible feeling that Olivia is in a bad mood with Jane.
9:10 How did Oliva turn around? Is there a loop/turntable that is out of shot?
3:47 A wonder this outburst didn't become a media story
'Disgruntled Engine Rows with former owner who insulted her before selling her off'
will we get to meet Jake in the future WildNorWester?
No. He said in an earlier comment that he won't be featuring.
great video

olivia's whistle sounds like the whistle of the coast guard from tugs
I cannot believe Jane let Olivia down by saying she had no use for engines like that that’s what it started it mr Andrew was the reason.
Oh dear! That is quite the unfortunate matter indeed!
This so good 😎
can jake come to the railway with Olivia.
Those rolling stock are real nice, I like having rolling stock. Maybe you might join my series when I have problems with my recording.
It's like my song says "the past is in the past, let it go" it's never good to hold a grudge!
*giggles* that's very funney Elsa!

No no no you are fine!
Yes you are fine!
Hey don't sweat it! I know everyone tends to worry a about causing trouble. I love you Maya!
You should show the small controller telling off Olivia about not working for just one passenger
Did you change the style of faces they seem a bit off but even still it is a great episode man love the resolution on Olivia's story

I'm curious, what would the small controller say and do to Olivia if he found out what she did to Jane?
Wow! A prediction that tex bert and mike will apear in cgi next year 2015
Will we ever see Jake in this series?

I thought you post weekly?
***** Is Olivia's bases the same as Fearless Freddie, and Stanley, only smaller?
No not at all she is based on Lydia on the perrygrove railway
what did you do to make aresdale railway route to peel godred
I like how you said 30 something womon
Quick question
What happened to Jake? (The other estate engine)
when will season 2 start ?
Will we ze Jake in a later episode?
why was this episode reuploaded?
I had the wrong title on the opening sequence :(.

Not yet. 😉

Would Jake be the same engine as Olivia or would be be a different engine
In Some scenes the engines don't have steam comming from the funnel. How do you do that?
ooh oke
*****
That's pretty much it. I clone the asset and remove the smoke section of the config file. Same is done to remove the crew.
***** to hard for me...
Where did Jake go?
Will you ever do a story about Jake, I really think he needs some screen time.
When will the final vid for the season be uploaded?
There's a note over the end credits outlining this. Sometime this coming weekend.
Okay, could you give us a hint about what's going to happen?
