That’s a great story of hard work and discipline. I haven’t been as successful as you but I’d hate like hell to be starting over in this inflated economy. I’ve always worked hard and saved from the time I was a teen. 100k was a big milestone for me too. I’ll never forget being able to tell my mom I have 100k dollars. I was so proud.

Good deal brother am working towards that I really like that goal of 100k in the bank that seems very reasonable to me one stream dedicated to just this 100k
We are getting into real estate but flips are a great way to make extra cash build kits that fix a problem building chicken coops catering to a niche market that you may or may not of created but be dominant in what you do
Investment in tools is the very best investment of all time something that saves you time is the best investment you will ever make because time is the most expensive thing we own again your time is the most precious thing you own
