😎😎/🤔💁‍♂😏💗 Oh, I like its tail noise. Liken to a car tire noise on a Hwy -(({deceptively quitter.})).
[ Now, I hope the World understands the Prince is now a King: and a Queen reigns with him.]
🤔🤔😎😎😎💁‍♂💓💗😏😏 Nice! The new prince, must be playing with the Royal toys!!
🤦‍♂🤦‍♂💁‍♂No, you guys are a Monarchy: that makes the old king a High Chancellor; which steps on the tail of the Pope, as he sees fit.🤡😏"Hell yea, it is a cold Christmas."
(3:46) (((I really like that Top noise control, tail fin.))) - (( Lets see about updating it to an (integrated ({back up}) radio fin), too.)) = pulling shaft too the mounting wall & frame. - 🤔🤔😎💁‍♂Drones have a few updates that can cross over...
🤔🤔🤔🤔😏😎😎💁‍♂"That would be pretty hard to collar both function: but if they traversal the tail, with the main wind fan, collar ring; you might be able to hold it steady, in 40 plus winds; yea sideways like that." 🤡💁‍♂🎄🎄🎄

During my time in the Army in BAOR, I tried to transfer to the AAC. I passed the eyesight and hearing tests on my own dime but my OC wouldn't allow my application to go through. I was over the age of 29 when I found out he should have not done that. By then it was too late. My fascination with helicopters is still going strong at 75yrs old!

If choppers were judged solely on looks this would surely be number 1

Never got to fly in a Gazelle. Been in a Wessex, Wasp, Scout, Puma, Sea king. The best though was a trip in a Lynx in Germany. One of the pilots was the brother of an armourer I worked with & he came picked us up on the camp football pitch. Took us out doing dummy attack runs down fire breaks in a forest well below the minimum height he was allowed to. Basically he threw us about in the back & we fooking loved it! 😍

I've been to some fantastic Helicopter Displays held at the British Army Helicopter Air Base at Middle Wallop, where this Gazelle is based!
Watching a Vulcan Bomber directly above us going vertical and hitting the afterburners was unforgettable!
It wasn't so much that the ground shook, as the entire planet was shaking!
Seeing Chinooks doing bunny hops on their rear wheels, and climbing aboard one of the first AH-64 Apache's to visit the UK were also unforgettable experiences!
The young (21 I think he said) Apache Pilot said it was like a Ferrari in the sky, and he absolutely loved it!
It was at Middle Wallop that I first saw German Helicopters with German military markings on them.
Being Jewish, it felt odd seeing the same German military marking that their planes had during WW2!
That odd feeling passed after chatting with the Crew who'd flown in to attend the Show.
The Army Engineers erected a footbridge over the main road that separated the visitors car park from the Air Base!
Every Airworthy Helicopter the military had were at the shows, and its where I saw the strange looking Skeeter and the amazingly fast and manoeuvrable Lynx!
Gazelles performed breathtaking air displays and it was a marvellous show for Helicopter lovers.

Now at 60 l recall this 1970’s aircraft coming into service in my early teens as a pads brat, during my service along with the Scout and Lynx it was the preferred ride and in the hands of some of the best pilots it was better than any rollercoaster ride. May the “flying chicken leg” go on to serve longer than any other hardware the forces of today correct me but she’s has served longer than most soldiers and Generals have some 47 years.

I 'fly' 3 Helo's in DCS. The 342 is the most fun. For what it's worth.
