- The 2022 Audi RS6 Avant is no doubt a beast running 600ps and a 4.0 V8 BiTurbo engine! Infact the Audi RS6 Avant has always been an icon and how does the 2022 version of the RS6 Avant compare? In this first drive review i road test the 2022 Audi RS6 Avant and let you know my thoughts. Lots of accelerations and sounds. I hope you enjoy this video on the 2022 audi rs6 avant carbon edition that does 0-62 mph in just 3.5 seconds and a top speed of 190mph.

Great video, it’s a beaut. IMO it becomes a lot more appealing at 3 years old and £85k. Will be interesting to see how the price of the upcoming hybrid RS4 compares.
I can see the pros and cons of going for the RS4 over the RS6, would be interesting for pricewise tech and power comparison against the E63s estate great video

……but then if you start bringing the RS4 into the equation, you can’t ignore the elephant in the room which is an estate car from Munich……
So, I owned the B9.5 Rs4 for 12 months off the back of the W12 E63s and couldn't wait to get out of it. Boring, quiet, no steering feel and way over priced for what it is. The RS6 is in another league. Rs4 and Rs6 don't compare. handling, performance, road presence, tech just out performs the rs4. Yes, it's bigger, and you feel that instantly, but the RS6 is the best handling RS car outside of the R8. I did order my RS6 with DRC and Sport diff as I track it once a month, and the difference between air ride and DRC is massive. RS6 is an absolute beast over the 4 and I'd never buy an RS4 or recommend it. The m3 comp wins that category all day.

Even if I won the lottery, I couldn’t justify this car. Yes it looks good, yes it sounds okay and yes it’s fast in a straight line but it weighs nearly 2.2 tons and just isn’t dynamically “pleasing” as other cars imo - especially at £112k.
To be fare id rather have the RS3 sport back it's still fast and loads of fun. It's the same size as the A3 edition one black edition 35 TFSI i have nowand love it.
Do more ‘realistic’ videos of what most people can aspire to driving 👍🏻 sometimes it’s not the best & most expensive performance cars that are the most interesting video makers 😉
I'd have this over the similarly priced M3 touring. More space, better looks, better interior, better noise, same performance. Probably not as dynamic to drive but still
An M3 Touring is about 15k cheaper than a RS6 with better performance.
