I will miss his Old School manners and that soothing lovely voice. A very insightful commentator whose place-pots I often followed. I hope Sir Bob enjoys his retirement and maybe I will introduce myself when I see him again. I've never had the nerve to do it.

Doesnt try to be controversial like many younger racing people to get attention. Robert is witty, funny and very natural and I wish more were like him. I will miss him for sure. I dont know him personally but would love to be in his company and chat to him.

I wish him all the best in his retirement, but I can't see where all the gushing about his broadcasting comes from,I watched the racing all the time and when he was on I used to cringe at the way he acted, good luck though.
