I live on 5th floor and had a gamer 2, people on the 3rd floor were complaining they hear bass rumbling. Setting it more to a lower setting i didnt feel anything. So i sold it.

I added haptic feedback using a cheap Nobsound amp and some transducers off e bay. I thought it'd just be a bit of fun to feel rumble strips and gear changes, but I never realized just how useful and detailed the feedback was. Having both Front & Rear units it really gives a good sense of what the car is doing and once dialled in I can actually now feel where the limit of grip is much more clearly

Intention of the video is good but the actual information provided is rather poor. More information around mounting, installation and software setup would have been a value-add.

I've just watched another channel review this, sounds pretty good however after getting shot down about my woojer vest edge it pretty much does the same job plus your surrounded by all feedback and vibrations and yes this works via all audio channels which connects to anything with an audio output
Problem with the vest is that for sim racing it would just feel awkward. You want the feedback to go through your seat and possibly your pedals. You feel your car with your butt mainly.
So is the haptic connect software not yet optimized for ACC? I only get certain feedback but miss suspension and other details that i was expecting. Have not yet tried it for AC.

What kind of result can you get when using a PS5? Turn the music off and roll the audio trigger down to just lower tones?
errm does it actually move much or is it more like a static hum.. this is on my shopping list for a while now but.. not that my rig doesnt support it - i dont know if my floor does :D

You didn't explain how to attach it to the alluminium t-slots profile, neither different position points on the rig to maximise the feeling, still I don't get where did u put the rubber isolator and if by adding them you introduce flex to your seat or wherever you put these rubbers isolators..
if i want to mount 2 or 4 buttkickers, do i need 2/4 amps too? or just 1 for all buttkickers i mount?
i live in apartment with neigbours around me, can i forget the buttkicker with neighbours?

What about four butt kicker minis? Are there any good?
Can it be used to simulate the vibration the Xbox controller would produce in any game that supports Xbox controller vibration? I use a flight and pedal setup for racing games but miss having vibrations.
No, the transducer is not an XInput device. However, transducers through simhub are way better than “rumble”
I removed the three vibrators with control unit from an old massage mat and two of them on the right and left of the seat and one on the pedal plate. works great.

Depends on the screens, technically. Though I’ve never heard of displays being damaged by LFE

Anywhere it will clamp on. It's going to shake anything it's clamped too. I clamp mine on my chair leg so it shakes my seat.

It has the same power as the buttkicker gamer 2, so is this one better, stronger or what? Compared to the gamer 2?

If you could attach 2 ButtKicker Gamer to the rig, i.e. for the front and the back, and software that would then cleverly regulate them, I would say. yeah bring it on.
The idea of a throw-in has nothing to do with the ButtKicker Gamer but goes in the same direction. What if Sony licensed a rig with haptic feedback for its PS5? The PS5 controller gives a lot of feedback what would only a rig be able to do?
Where can we get it in Germany? Buttkicker doesn't ship anywhere else other than US and Canada!
Me : I just got Fanatec's complete set : CSL DD with booster, V3 Pedals, McLaren GT3 wheel, Fanatec RS wheel, shifter and hand brake all mounted on NLR F-GT cockpit. I need nothing more.

SimHub is giving me a warning when I try to install it, Windows is saying it's from an Unknown Publisher...makes me worry about installing it. Is this safe??

Can we make this vibrate when you are on the very edge of traction like in real life when you have "feeling"? Having to listen for the inaccurate audible screeching of the tires for maximum grip is pretty lame in Iracing. I would like it to lightly vibrate when the tires begin screeching and be progressively stronger until traction is full broken. As the tires slide, it still vibrates but too a lesser degree. If this device can't be set up for this then I don't care for it.
Yes it can set up to trasmit 'wheel slip', which is really useful information to improve your driving.
Wouldn't you get a similar immersion with a motion rig?

Its a must have for a simrig. It brings life to your rig, wheel and pedals. You can hook it up to a subwoofer directly for even more immersion.
They are awesome but buying the name brand is unnecessary. Get a $20 usb 2 channel amp and a couple transducers, also about $20 each. Does the exact same thing for a fraction of the cost of the buttkicker. And the Simhub software is free.
@@LouieCovarrubias Agree. Whilst I think the Buttkicker is a pretty good product, it's not worth the money. They are what 150W per transducer?
I can't see a world where I need that, I have 50W over 3 transducers and I find it to be plenty of feedback.
I guess it depends how you mount it but I'm often turning mine down to 75% because it starts to feel overbearing in long races.
My firend's GF wanted one of this..but she's not a sim racer. I can't figure out why?

Yeah don't waste your money with Buttkickers, do what others have for half the price and get a better setup... Nobsound amp and Dayton Audio pucks. Far superior.

hello OverTake, I have a question? what is the difference of buttkicker pro & Pearl ThMP-1 Throne Thumper Butt Kicker? because i have a pearl-1 buttkicker on my ps5 and i want to buy the new model buttkicker pro, is that wise?
