Joe, I'm local to you in the Burnham area. I've been a subscriber of yours for a while now and I look forward to your weekly updates, as well as your other videos. They're informative, without being pushy or judgemental. They show the realities of trying to run a business. I like the fact you don't seem to hide anything. You admit things aren't always perfect and own up to your mistakes. Almost a fly on the wall documentary rather than a heavily edited, polished 'story'. As sad as some may think it is, it gives me a certain amount of pride knowing that a local lad is making a success of their business, almost single handedly. During those times of depression or anxiety I hope you look back at this comment as well as the comments others have made and remember that you're doing it right. Never forget what you've achieved! Keep up the good work and keep up with the great videos. I'm looking forward to watching your business grow and succeed.

Can you talk about when you decided to do UA-cam from the perspective of filming the employees/workplace etc? I am imagining there was a meeting where you asked how everyone might've felt about their working day on camera etc? Was there anyone dead against it for example? Genuinely curious.
Been watching since your first videos, my kind of content. But please do not go all "showbizzy" like many other channels.....your format for me is perfect and look forward to them (I am retired, 65 years old having run my own engineering business for 40 years) and like most viewers the videos with a little drama are the most entertaining.

Re sliming down, best to have given a thing a try if it works great, if not you’ve tried it. I’m guessing I’m asking an obvious or else you’d have tried it is there room at the farm for the business expansion or are there planning constraints

Great vid Joe, I found your channel a few weeks ago and I’ve been binge watching all the videos. You seem very level headed which no doubt inspires confidence in those that work for you. Keep doing what you’re doing and try not to take too much notice of all the people offering advice on how to run your business. Only you can decide the direction you want to go, not some random bloke sat on the loo watching your vids at work who’s decided you need to run it in a certain way.
The last gen 2018-on Vantages are coming down in price, early ones will be trading at around £50k soon…

My question is. When starting the channel did you expect to be doing the videos regarding news etc rather than the weekly video?

No, it’s been an evolution really. I didn’t even plan to do the weekly’s at first. I thought I had a good opportunity to review lots of cars so would do that, but I’m not that technically knowledgable really and it probably showed!
Yes possibly, but the expense puts me off for now!

Most of those being nasty are mainly people who are jealous of your success. I’d personally take that as a positive. I’ve watched a few of your videos in the past but haven’t subbed until now.
