I wish these judges would find some self awareness. As they read out the lists of laws broken and point out the kindness of the court to release these people, I would like them to recognize their own repeated actions of "Get out of jail free" rulings have certainly played a huge role in creating mass repeat offenders on our streets.

If you want these thugs to face more severe charges, its time to demand it from your state representatives. Why is he removing the tether requirement? He already has a record of attacking people, thar charge should be an automatic tether. Each drunk driver needs to have their car towed and needs to have testing equipment on themselves and their cars before they are released automatically. He really thinks he is special, he really thinks he doesn't have to appear. I know he is not going to have the paperwork that he has no income, something is paying his bills, likely the trust for his son. He can take some of that and pay for a nurse or aid while he works. I wouldn’t admit to being involved in transportation, any commercial crimes or in any activity that affected transportation at the time of the traffic arrest or in traffic court, But you do you boo?
