Don’t speed unless you are a judge or policeman, everyone speeds on the road, right?
I am pretty sure traffic signs are mostly advisory in nature as the DOT only regulates transportation?
I wouldn’t admit to being involved in transportation, any commercial crimes or in any activity that affected

The poor fella sitting in his patrol car, on duty, after gifting her with a 1/3 of her true overage, is accused of lying under oath. "If he's able to change it at will, the whole thing's counterfeit" is her move? I love how he gets the "yes I calibrated it, yes I was stationary, yes I'm qualified to do so" out of the way. if you have someone who claims its not their name, find out if they ever cashed a check with that name. If they have, it doesn't matter what they claim, because it proves they accepted that name.

Yeah. My questions are: what do people call him? What does his school enrollment form say (yeah not graduation just enrollment)? Does he have a bank account? Does he vote? Has he ever had a job? Ever paid for internet or a phone, a car? If he has no name, is he a citizen?
Humans have names, naming us as indivduals is part of being a higher independant intelligent life form, is he something else? A duck perhaps? (Though really ducks can tell each other apart so maybe they have names in duck language or something.)

How does the judge expect an alcoholic to completely stop. I've seen so many alcoholics almost die from alcohol withdrawal needing medical intervention. They are physically dependent. The willpower it takes is nearly impossible.

When I worked for the government if I had made a statement like that while representing myself as an employee of whatever government agency, I would have been fired. That's 100% against his county's policy but he knows he's untouchable because he's elected.
Actually I forgot about the Hatch act. That might actually be illegal to the point of he could be removed from office if it gets pursued. I'm not a lawyer, I don't know the process or how that works with an elected official.
