Fave Scene From the Movie, Love It!
That door slam had to be adlibbed.
Now I see why he was Rod Serling's first pick to narrate The Twilight Zone. I'm thankful Rod did it himself, of course, but still, what could have been....
Richard Egan.....swoon...
Makes you wonder what kind of upbringing Helen had to turn out like that (not that it excuses her behavior--her husband was right to call her out)...
its funny how Constance Ford's character overlaps with the role of Barbara, Uncle Simon's niece i the Twilight Zone. LOL
still rules..
My God. My mother's attitude during my teen years . . . . . right on film . . . . .Oh wait. What am I saying, . . . . . she still hates.
Richard Egan's 'finest hour'! ... From the Warner Bros. Picture "A SUMMER PLACE'' (1960). A LEADING man at 20th Century Fox , Egan's Top billing (w/ Victor Mature) 'above the title' STARTED with (''VIOLENT SATURDAY (1954); ending with ''THE 300 SPARTANS"(1962) He made a major impact onscreen playing ELVIS PRESLEY'S brother in ELVIS' FIRST FILM, "LOVE ME TENDER", that is if you could hear any of the film's dialogue over all of the girls screaming every time ELVIS was up there on the giant 'scope screen. An era of great little films like this.. 'playing at a theatre near you'!
What movie is this?
A Summer Place 1959
