She'Meka Ann's heel classes are geared towards all levels of dance. The purpose of this class is to heal, unify, and liberate not only women but all individuals from self doubt, while empowering and building confidence in all aspects of life. This class is here to heal and push away any energy thats holding you back, while learning proper heel technique, becoming one with your body, building self worth and confidence all through dance and motivational speaking.

Also, as a former dancer, dance classes aren't about perfecting the choreography. Yes, learning the choreography is part of the process. However, there's other factors such as learning to express yourself through movement, putting on a performance/telling a story, improving your technique, getting exercise, embracing your body, encouraging yourself and other dancers to simply enjoy dancing, enjoying a positive environment with people that share the same passion as you, etc.
