The purpose of this class is to heal, unify, and liberate not only women but all individuals from self doubt, while empowering and building confidence in all aspects of life. This class is here to heal and push away any energy thats holding you back, while learning proper heel technique, becoming one with your body, building self worth and confidence all through dance and motivational speaking.
