fun fact: the double-solo is a quirk of certain fan uploads of the song. the official version that sega released in the stillness & motion album only plays the first solo and then cuts right to the ending. my theory is that this is likely because knight is (at least i think) the only fight in the game where the solo can be heard in-game and in a cutscene. the first solo in the version you played is the gameplay one that’s meant to loop back to the start of the song, and the second solo is the one used in the ending cutscene.
