UNE 2024 Constitution Day : The Immigration Crisis and the Presidential Election

This is an annual event to educate the students and make them aware of the American Constitution through panels , debates and talks. It is required by the Federal Government and the Department of Education. This year’s UNE 2024 Constitution Day is focused on the Constitution, American election, and the immigration crisis on the southern boarders. Professor Ali Ahmida introduces the topic and then Professor Rob Alegre presents an overview of the Central American social origins of the immigrants and the factors behind their fleeing to the USA southern borders.
