To be fair, personally, I think it's been overhyped. It isn't that bad but neither really good, just me really. Gameplay is okay, design is also okay if not worse to be blunt. On top of pretty much being a low quality copy of another game with pretty similar gameplay but better in general -- Risk of Rain -- I think it was? That said, props to the dev, a fairly solid and enjoyable game still. Now, on another note, after checking steam...I guess it doesn't really count as bad per the terms of the vod? Depends. Not sure if it actually has enough reviews to count but it does have a good reception as far as what the reviews actually show.
